【摘要】：基于社會(huì)交換理論,研究師傅面子需要對(duì)徒弟敬業(yè)度的影響,探討師徒關(guān)系的中介作用以及情緒智力的調(diào)節(jié)作用機(jī)制。研究結(jié)果顯示,師傅掙面子需要和護(hù)面子需要對(duì)師徒關(guān)系有正向預(yù)測(cè)作用;師徒關(guān)系對(duì)徒弟敬業(yè)度有正向預(yù)測(cè)作用;師傅掙面子需要及護(hù)面子需要均對(duì)徒弟敬業(yè)度有正向預(yù)測(cè)作用;師徒關(guān)系在師傅掙面子需要與徒弟敬業(yè)度關(guān)系中起部分中介作用,在師傅護(hù)面子需要與徒弟敬業(yè)度關(guān)系中起完全中介作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of social exchange, this paper studies the influence of the teacher's face on the apprentice's engagement, and probes into the mediating role of the teacher-disciple relationship and the regulating mechanism of emotional intelligence.The results show that the teacher's need to earn face and protect face has a positive predictive effect on the relationship between teacher and apprentice, and the relationship between teacher and apprentice has a positive predictive effect on apprentice's engagement.Both the need to earn face and the need to protect face have positive predictive effect on apprentice engagement, and the relationship between master and apprentice plays a part of intermediary role in the relationship between master's need for face and apprentice's engagement.In the master needs to protect face and apprentice engagement in the relationship played a complete intermediary role.
