【摘要】：基于中國(guó)A股家族上市公司2009~2014年面板數(shù)據(jù),從制度環(huán)境、政治關(guān)聯(lián)角度對(duì)影響家族企業(yè)研發(fā)投入的因素進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析和檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:用市場(chǎng)化指數(shù)、法律環(huán)境指數(shù)和金融發(fā)展水平衡量的制度環(huán)境與家族企業(yè)研發(fā)投入正相關(guān),而建立政治關(guān)聯(lián)不利于家族企業(yè)的研發(fā)投入。進(jìn)一步分析表明,制度環(huán)境越好,政治關(guān)聯(lián)對(duì)研發(fā)投入的抑制作用越強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2009 to 2014, this paper makes an empirical analysis and test on the factors that affect the R & D investment of family firms from the perspective of institutional environment and political relevance.The results show that the institutional environment measured by marketization index, legal environment index and financial development level has a positive correlation with family firm R & D investment, while establishing political connection is not conducive to family firm R & D investment.Further analysis shows that the better the institutional environment, the stronger the restraining effect of political connection on R & D investment.
