【摘要】：智能生產(chǎn)與服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)條件下,傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新平臺技術(shù)含量少、創(chuàng)新積極性差、持續(xù)升級能力弱、成果轉(zhuǎn)化效率低等問題日益凸顯。針對上述問題,研究了智能生產(chǎn)與服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)條件下新型產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新平臺的職能�；诼毮軜�(gòu)成形式,從功能網(wǎng)絡(luò)集成、價值網(wǎng)絡(luò)集成和全程價值鏈供給層面研究其特征;基于職能運行模式,從"智能產(chǎn)業(yè)元"角度研究其驅(qū)動機制;基于職能運行績效,從投入產(chǎn)出角度研究其運行效率。通過構(gòu)建智能生產(chǎn)與服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)條件下的新型產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新平臺,為推動傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)高端化、引領(lǐng)行業(yè)進(jìn)步、促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of intelligent production and service network, the problems of traditional industrial innovation platform, such as less technology content, poor innovation enthusiasm, weak ability of continuous upgrading and low efficiency of achievement transformation, are becoming increasingly prominent. This paper studies the functions of the new industrial innovation platform under the condition of intelligent production and service network. Based on the functional form, the characteristics of the new industrial innovation platform are studied from the aspects of functional network integration, value network integration and whole process value chain supply. This paper studies its driving mechanism from the angle of "intelligent industry element", studies its operational efficiency from the angle of input-output based on functional performance, and constructs a new industrial innovation platform under the condition of intelligent production and service network. In order to promote the traditional industry high-end, leading the industry progress, to promote economic development to provide a reference.
