基于精益六西格瑪?shù)钠嚵悴考a(chǎn)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化與仿真

【摘要】:近些年,隨著我國經(jīng)濟的迅速發(fā)展,人民生活水平有了很大的提高,汽車成為日常代步工具,汽車需求量急劇攀升。為汽車零部件行業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了龐大的市場基礎和良好的市場環(huán)境,同時也吸引著大量外資企業(yè)注入,汽車零部件企業(yè)間競爭加劇。如何提高企業(yè)競爭力,成為了我國汽車零部件企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的關鍵,企業(yè)除了加強技術(shù)研發(fā)之外,對于生產(chǎn)管理模式的優(yōu)化同樣重要,因此生產(chǎn)管理模式成為了眾多學者的研究焦點。本文以A公司為例,對精益六西格瑪管理模式的實施進行了研究。首先對國內(nèi)外精益六西格瑪相關理論現(xiàn)狀進行了研究,詳細闡述了精益生產(chǎn)和六西格瑪兩種管理方法的核心內(nèi)容和工具,根據(jù)兩種管理方法的整合研究現(xiàn)狀,介紹了精益六西格瑪管理理論及其實施流程。其次,對A公司現(xiàn)狀進行了研究,分析了A公司作為汽車零部件重點企業(yè)率先踐行精益六西格瑪管理的必要性。根據(jù)A公司當前生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)管理現(xiàn)狀,分析了實施精益六西格瑪?shù)目尚行。再?按照精益六西格瑪DMAIC流程在A公司實施精益六西格瑪改善。分析客戶聲音和需求,確定出優(yōu)先實施精益六西格瑪?shù)捻椖績?nèi)容:針對離合器蓋總成裝配線,以提高生產(chǎn)效率、降低廢品率為目標進行改善;綜合利用價值流分析、流程分析、生產(chǎn)線平衡分析和失效模式分析等方法,找出導致生產(chǎn)效率低、廢品率高的根本原因;應用程序分析、作業(yè)分析、快速換模、混合拉動系統(tǒng)等精益生產(chǎn)工具對生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)進行優(yōu)化,制定出了適合A公司的改進方案。最后,利用Flexsim軟件分別對改善前后的離合器蓋總成裝配線進行了仿真,對比分析仿真結(jié)果,生產(chǎn)效率明顯提高,降低了不良品產(chǎn)生的可能性。期待本文能夠為汽車零部件企業(yè)實施精益六西格瑪提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid economic development of our country, people's living standards have been greatly improved. The rapid increase in automobile demand provides a huge market foundation and a good market environment for the development of the auto parts industry, and at the same time attracts a large number of foreign-funded enterprises to inject. How to improve the competitiveness of automobile parts enterprises has become the key to the survival and development of auto parts enterprises in China. In addition to strengthening technology research and development, enterprises are also important for the optimization of production management mode. Therefore, the production management model has become the research focus of many scholars. This paper takes A Company as an example to study the implementation of Lean six Sigma management model. Firstly, the current situation of Lean six Sigma theory at home and abroad is studied. The core contents and tools of Lean production and six Sigma management methods are described in detail. According to the present situation of research on the integration of the two management methods, the Lean six Sigma management theory and its implementation process are introduced. The present situation of Company A is studied, and the necessity of A Company, as a key enterprise of automobile parts, to take the lead in Lean six Sigma Management is analyzed. The feasibility of implementing Lean six Sigma is analyzed. Thirdly, lean six Sigma improvement is implemented in A Company according to Lean six Sigma DMAIC process. Determine the priority of Lean six Sigma project content: for clutch cover assembly line, to improve production efficiency, reduce the rate of waste products, comprehensive use of value flow analysis, process analysis, Production line balance analysis and failure mode analysis to find out the root cause of low production efficiency, high waste rate, application program analysis, job analysis, rapid mold change, Lean production tools, such as hybrid pull system, optimize the production system and work out an improvement scheme suitable for company A. finally, the assembly line of clutch cover assembly before and after improvement is simulated by Flexsim software. By comparing and analyzing the simulation results, the production efficiency is obviously improved, and the possibility of producing bad products is reduced. It is expected that this paper can provide reference and reference for automobile parts enterprises to implement Lean six Sigma.
