【摘要】:黨的十八大強(qiáng)調(diào)我國(guó)必須堅(jiān)定不移實(shí)施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,這一戰(zhàn)略已成為世界各主要國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要選擇。企業(yè)作為國(guó)家創(chuàng)新體系中的主導(dǎo)力量,能否提升其創(chuàng)新能力事關(guān)國(guó)家創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略的成敗。日趨激烈的全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、不斷縮短的技術(shù)更新周期都使得企業(yè)面臨的創(chuàng)新壓力空前巨大。企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)越來(lái)越難獨(dú)立完成,而企業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)可以更好地幫助企業(yè)獲取創(chuàng)新資源、分散創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、提高創(chuàng)新效率、節(jié)約創(chuàng)新成本,因而成為企業(yè)提升創(chuàng)新能力的重要途徑;趪(guó)家創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、企業(yè)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的緊迫需求,企業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)成為當(dāng)前創(chuàng)新研究的熱點(diǎn)和實(shí)踐關(guān)注的領(lǐng)域。充分認(rèn)識(shí)和把握企業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的演化發(fā)展規(guī)律,才能有效地解決企業(yè)創(chuàng)新問(wèn)題。但現(xiàn)有研究對(duì)于其宏觀演化規(guī)律和內(nèi)在微觀動(dòng)態(tài)特征的研究都不夠深入。宏觀演化規(guī)律方面,現(xiàn)有研究主要基于復(fù)雜網(wǎng)路模型對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化規(guī)律進(jìn)行演繹,普遍關(guān)注擇優(yōu)連接機(jī)制的設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)及連接的雙向變化、模型結(jié)合實(shí)際網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù)分析雙向演化機(jī)制分析存在不足。微觀演化特征分析上,現(xiàn)有研究對(duì)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)的差異化地位和作用的認(rèn)識(shí)不夠充分,缺乏有效的方法區(qū)分不同節(jié)點(diǎn)的重要程度;網(wǎng)絡(luò)中核心節(jié)點(diǎn)的動(dòng)態(tài)分析對(duì)于把握網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化規(guī)律有著重要意義,忽略這些關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)必將導(dǎo)致網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化重要信息的缺失;現(xiàn)有研究關(guān)注到了核心企業(yè)在創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的重要地位,但對(duì)于核心企業(yè)的界定和識(shí)別標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模糊,缺乏可行的定量分析方法,對(duì)核心企業(yè)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建與發(fā)展策略的研究也存在不足。在分析當(dāng)前研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,本研究綜合運(yùn)用復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論、社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論、灰色系統(tǒng)理論、創(chuàng)新管理理論及方法,從宏觀層面研究了企業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的動(dòng)態(tài)演化規(guī)律,從微觀層面對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)的重要性進(jìn)行評(píng)估,結(jié)合評(píng)估結(jié)果識(shí)別和判定其核心節(jié)點(diǎn),并構(gòu)建核心節(jié)點(diǎn)個(gè)體網(wǎng)深入分析。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下:首先,本研究對(duì)無(wú)標(biāo)度網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型的構(gòu)造算法進(jìn)行改進(jìn),構(gòu)建企業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化模型,對(duì)演化模型的度分布進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)解析和數(shù)值模擬;利用數(shù)字信息傳輸技術(shù)領(lǐng)域聯(lián)合申請(qǐng)專利數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建不同演化階段企業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò),從節(jié)點(diǎn)的度分布、網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)動(dòng)態(tài)變化以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接特征等方面分析其演化規(guī)律。分析結(jié)果表明:利用專利數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)的度分布及變化情況與模型表現(xiàn)一致;網(wǎng)絡(luò)在新增節(jié)點(diǎn)不斷增加,規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大的同時(shí)伴隨節(jié)點(diǎn)的頻繁退出,這一行為對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化的穩(wěn)定性產(chǎn)生重要影響;網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接特征上,從多中心度綜合視角對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接機(jī)制進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)間的連接的建立和消除都具有高度的選擇性;擇優(yōu)連接機(jī)制上,網(wǎng)絡(luò)不僅表現(xiàn)出度數(shù)擇優(yōu)連接機(jī)制,而且中介中心度高的節(jié)點(diǎn)與新增合作顯著相關(guān),表現(xiàn)出更大的吸引力;反擇優(yōu)刪除機(jī)制上,度中心度值較小的節(jié)點(diǎn)容易與其他節(jié)點(diǎn)解除合作關(guān)系而退出網(wǎng)絡(luò),相對(duì)于度中心度,中介中心度與節(jié)點(diǎn)間解除合作關(guān)系而退出網(wǎng)絡(luò)的相關(guān)關(guān)系更為顯著,接近中心度的這一表現(xiàn)介于中介中心度與度中心度之間,結(jié)果表明擇優(yōu)連接和反擇優(yōu)刪除動(dòng)態(tài)雙向混合演化機(jī)制的設(shè)計(jì)更符合實(shí)際網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化規(guī)律。其次,基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)中心性指標(biāo)分析,運(yùn)用層次分析法和灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法,構(gòu)建了一種網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)重要性評(píng)估模型,并利用此模型對(duì)數(shù)字信息傳輸技術(shù)領(lǐng)域企業(yè)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)的重要性進(jìn)行評(píng)估。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的重要節(jié)點(diǎn)并沒(méi)有遵循強(qiáng)者更強(qiáng)的路徑依賴規(guī)律,而是隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)的演化,重要節(jié)點(diǎn)的更新或替代較為頻繁。在數(shù)字信息傳輸技術(shù)領(lǐng)域創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,中國(guó)企業(yè)的重要性排名提升較快,陸續(xù)超越日本、韓國(guó)企業(yè),逐漸占據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)核心位置,對(duì)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的演化發(fā)展起了重要推動(dòng)作用。通過(guò)不同演化階段節(jié)點(diǎn)重要性排序變化情況的對(duì)比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)早期網(wǎng)絡(luò)單一核心節(jié)點(diǎn)重要性突出,隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化逐漸呈現(xiàn)為少數(shù)幾個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)重要性突出的多核心網(wǎng)絡(luò)形態(tài),即網(wǎng)絡(luò)形態(tài)由早期的單核網(wǎng)絡(luò)向多核網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展。同時(shí),研究發(fā)現(xiàn)節(jié)點(diǎn)地位顯著上升主要是由于其合作關(guān)系的增加,或是與網(wǎng)絡(luò)中重要性程度較高的節(jié)點(diǎn)建立了連接,而節(jié)點(diǎn)地位顯著下降主要是由于其合作關(guān)系的減少,或是與其有合作關(guān)系的成員的重要性下降。最后,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)重要性評(píng)估的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)不同演化階段網(wǎng)絡(luò)核心節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行判定,據(jù)此識(shí)別出各階段網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的核心節(jié)點(diǎn)。為了更深入地洞察和分析核心節(jié)點(diǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)以及其獨(dú)特的網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建和發(fā)展策略,研究以網(wǎng)絡(luò)核心節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)華為公司為中心對(duì)其個(gè)體網(wǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)演化進(jìn)行分析,不僅從合作關(guān)系的遠(yuǎn)近程度上進(jìn)行區(qū)分,分別構(gòu)建其不同階段一層個(gè)體網(wǎng)、二層個(gè)體網(wǎng)進(jìn)行分析,而且選擇同處整體網(wǎng)中的另一核心節(jié)點(diǎn)三星電子為比較對(duì)象進(jìn)行比較分析,以更細(xì)致的剖析核心節(jié)點(diǎn)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建策略及特點(diǎn)。研究表明,二者在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中地位的變化以及個(gè)體網(wǎng)演化發(fā)展形態(tài)的差異主要源于各自創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建策略存在差異,華為公司個(gè)體網(wǎng)隨網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化呈現(xiàn)合作規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,合作對(duì)象重要性不斷提升的特征,而三星電子合作規(guī)模、合作對(duì)象在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的重要性均呈起伏變化特征。研究有助于企業(yè)提高對(duì)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)重要性的認(rèn)識(shí),科學(xué)分析自身在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的地位,學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒核心企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建及發(fā)展策略,建立有利于提升自身創(chuàng)新能力的戰(zhàn)略性合作伙伴關(guān)系,不斷提升其創(chuàng)新績(jī)效。有助于政府部門科學(xué)把握創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化發(fā)展規(guī)律,制定更有效的創(chuàng)新管理策略,更好地為企業(yè)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)提供政策支持,全面提升企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力。

Enterprises as the leading force in national innovation system, can enhance its innovation ability is a matter of national innovation driven strategy. The success of the increasingly fierce global competition, shortening technology renewal period makes enterprises face unprecedented pressure. The innovation of enterprise's innovation activities become more and more difficult to independently, and the enterprise innovation network can better help enterprises obtain decentralized innovation resources, innovation risk, improve innovation efficiency, saving the cost of innovation, and thus become an important way for enterprises to improve the ability of innovation. The innovation and development of the country based on the urgent demand the development of enterprise innovation, enterprise innovation network has become the hot research and innovation practice areas of concern. To fully understand and Hold the evolution of innovation network, can effectively solve the problem of enterprise innovation. But the existing research on the macroscopic evolution and internal microcosmic dynamic characteristics are not deep enough. The macro evolution, the existing research is mainly based on the complex network evolution model of network law interpretation, attention to design the preferential attachment mechanism. The bidirectional change of nodes and links, the model combined with the actual network data analysis problems. Analysis the evolution mechanism of two-way analysis of micro evolution characteristics, the existing research and understanding of difference network node status is not sufficient, the degree of importance of the lack of effective method to distinguish between different nodes; dynamic analysis of core nodes in the network is very important to grasp the network evolution, lack of ignoring these key nodes will lead to network evolution of important information available; Research attention to the important position of core enterprise in the innovation network, but for the definition of core enterprises and the recognition standard is vague, lack of feasible quantitative analysis method, the research on construction and development strategies are also problems of the core enterprise network. Based on the analysis of the current status of the research on the comprehensive use of the complex network theory. The social network theory, grey system theory, the theory and methods of innovation management, from the macro level study of the dynamic structure of enterprise innovation network evolution, face the importance of network nodes from the micro level evaluation, combined with the evaluation results of the judgment and recognition of the core node, and construct the core nodes of individual network analysis. The main contents are as follows: first of all in this study, improved algorithm of scale-free network model, constructs the evolution model of enterprise innovation network, the degree distribution evolution model number Analytical and numerical studies; the field of digital information transmission technology combined with patent data, build innovation networks in different stages of evolution, from the degree distribution of nodes, the evolution rules of dynamic analysis of network node changes and network connection features and so on. The results indicate: the degree of distribution and variation of model performance and consistent construct network nodes by using the patent data network; the continuous increase in the new node, expanding at the same time with frequent node exit, this behavior has an important effect on the stability of the network evolution; network connection characteristics, from the perspective of integrated multi center network connection mechanism is analyzed, that is highly selective for connection establishment and elimination among the network nodes; preferential attachment mechanism, the network not only showed the degree of preferential attachment mechanism, and node intermediary center high and new Significantly enhanced cooperation, show more attractive; anti preferential deletion mechanism, degree centrality smaller nodes easy to lift the cooperation with other nodes from the network, with respect to the degree centrality, betweenness centrality and the relationship between the nodes to disengage and exit the network is more significant to the performance intermediary between center degree and centrality, results show that the optimizing design of connection and anti preferential dynamic evolution mechanism of the two-way mixed delete more realistic network evolution.
