【摘要】：伴隨著后金融危機(jī)的影響,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)仍處于低迷狀態(tài),企業(yè)間競爭加劇,我國企業(yè)也面臨著嚴(yán)重的危機(jī)。然而,隨著我國擴(kuò)大開放、深化改革與創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的不斷推進(jìn),創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新引擎,迎來了大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新的浪潮。眾創(chuàng)空間作為扶持創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的新興主體,尤其對于扶持大眾創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)者起到了重要的作用,小微企業(yè)以其數(shù)量龐大且作用明顯的特征成為眾創(chuàng)空間的重點(diǎn)幫扶對象,而科技創(chuàng)意位于創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)的前端,是創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中較為關(guān)鍵的第一步。因此,針對小微企業(yè)的科技創(chuàng)意需求,構(gòu)建基于眾創(chuàng)空間的小微企業(yè)科技創(chuàng)意孵化機(jī)制,對眾創(chuàng)空間更好的指導(dǎo)小微企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè),完善眾創(chuàng)空間的服務(wù)機(jī)制有著重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文首先全面和系統(tǒng)地分析國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于眾創(chuàng)空間、小微企業(yè)與科技創(chuàng)意的研究現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)現(xiàn)有研究的不足,提出構(gòu)建基于眾創(chuàng)空間的小微企業(yè)科技創(chuàng)意孵化機(jī)制具有重要意義,在此基礎(chǔ)上,界定眾創(chuàng)空間、小微企業(yè)與科技創(chuàng)意的內(nèi)涵,重點(diǎn)揭示基于眾創(chuàng)空間的小微企業(yè)科技創(chuàng)意形成機(jī)理并設(shè)計(jì)孵化機(jī)制框架;其次從科技創(chuàng)意形成過程的視角構(gòu)建基于眾創(chuàng)空間的小微企業(yè)科技創(chuàng)意培育機(jī)制,包括科技創(chuàng)意選擇機(jī)制、科技創(chuàng)意指導(dǎo)機(jī)制、科技創(chuàng)意方案評估機(jī)制、科技創(chuàng)業(yè)指導(dǎo)與項(xiàng)目展示機(jī)制四個(gè)部分,然后在構(gòu)建科技創(chuàng)意培育機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建基于眾創(chuàng)空間的小微企業(yè)科技創(chuàng)意孵化支持機(jī)制,包括創(chuàng)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)組建機(jī)制、基礎(chǔ)服務(wù)支持機(jī)制、創(chuàng)業(yè)導(dǎo)師管理機(jī)制和創(chuàng)投合作支持機(jī)制;最后以哈爾濱理工大學(xué)科技園創(chuàng)客空間為實(shí)證研究對象,分析創(chuàng)客空間的運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀,研究基于哈爾濱理工大學(xué)科技園創(chuàng)客空間的小微企業(yè)科技創(chuàng)意孵化機(jī)制,并給出小微企業(yè)科技創(chuàng)意孵化機(jī)制的保障措施。本研究旨在為眾創(chuàng)空間更好地指導(dǎo)小微企業(yè)科技創(chuàng)意孵化活動(dòng)從而提升小微企業(yè)的創(chuàng)業(yè)成功率,推動(dòng)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)發(fā)展提供科學(xué)的理論支持和決策參考。
[Abstract]:With the impact of the post-financial crisis, the global economy is still in a depressed state, the competition among enterprises is intensified, and Chinese enterprises are also facing a serious crisis. However, with the expansion of the opening up of our country, the deepening of reform and innovation drive the development strategy. Innovation and entrepreneurship has become a new engine of economic development, ushered in a wave of mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation. Zhongchuang Space, as a new main body to support innovation and entrepreneurship, has played an important role in supporting mass innovative entrepreneurs. Small and micro enterprises, with their large number and obvious role, have become the focus of Zhongchuang Space's support, while the scientific and technological creativity, which is at the front end of the innovation and entrepreneurial activities, is a key first step in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship. Aiming at the demand of science and technology creativity of small and micro enterprises, we should construct the incubating mechanism of science and technology creativity of small and micro enterprises based on Zhongchuang Space, so as to better guide the small and micro enterprises to start their own businesses. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to perfect Zhongchuang Space's service mechanism. First of all, this paper comprehensively and systematically analyzes the current research situation of domestic and foreign scholars on Zhongchuang Space, small and micro enterprises and scientific and technological creativity, and summarizes the shortcomings of existing research. It is of great significance to construct the incubating mechanism of scientific and technological creativity of small and micro enterprises based on Zhongchuang Space. On this basis, the connotation of Zhongchuang Space, small and micro enterprises and scientific and technological creativity is defined. Focus on revealing the formation mechanism of scientific and technological creativity of small and micro enterprises based on Zhongchuang Space and designing the incubation mechanism framework. Secondly, from the perspective of the forming process of scientific and technological creativity, the paper constructs the cultivation mechanism of scientific and technological creativity of small and micro enterprises based on Zhongchuang Space. It includes four parts: scientific and technological creative selection mechanism, sci-tech creative guidance mechanism, sci-tech creative scheme evaluation mechanism, sci-tech entrepreneurship guidance and project demonstration mechanism, Then, on the basis of constructing the cultivation mechanism of scientific and technological creativity, we construct the support mechanism of small and micro enterprises' science and technology innovation incubation based on Zhongchuang Space, including the mechanism of establishing entrepreneurial team and the supporting mechanism of basic service. Finally, take Harbin University of Technology Science and Technology Park as the empirical research object, analyze the current situation of the operation of the start-up space. This paper studies the incubating mechanism of science and technology creativity of small and micro enterprises based on the space of creating guests in the Science and Technology Park of Harbin University of Technology. The purpose of this study is to provide Zhongchuang Space with better guidance on the incubation of scientific and technological ideas of small and micro enterprises, thereby enhancing the success rate of small and micro enterprises. Promote innovation and entrepreneurship development to provide scientific theoretical support and decision-making reference.
