【摘要】：文章從股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)和董事會(huì)特征兩大方面基于系統(tǒng)GMM估計(jì)方法實(shí)證研究了公司治理機(jī)制對(duì)企業(yè)融資期限結(jié)構(gòu)的具體影響,認(rèn)為企業(yè)的股權(quán)集中度、經(jīng)營(yíng)者持股比例、董事會(huì)規(guī)模三個(gè)變量與企業(yè)融資期限結(jié)構(gòu)呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,董事會(huì)獨(dú)立性和激勵(lì)機(jī)制兩個(gè)變量與企業(yè)融資期限結(jié)構(gòu)呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系。企業(yè)規(guī)模越大、固定資產(chǎn)越多、繳納稅收越多、利潤(rùn)越高意味著企業(yè)具有可持續(xù)發(fā)展性,企業(yè)融資越傾向于長(zhǎng)期資本。
[Abstract]:Based on the systematic GMM estimation method, this paper empirically studies the influence of corporate governance mechanism on corporate financing term structure from two aspects: ownership structure and board characteristics. There is a negative correlation between the three variables of the size of the board of directors and the term structure of enterprise financing, while the independence of the board of directors and the incentive mechanism have a positive correlation with the term structure of financing. The larger the size of the enterprise, the more fixed assets, the more taxes it pays. The higher the profit is, the more sustainable the enterprise is, and the more inclined the financing is to the long-term capital.
