【摘要】:企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任戰(zhàn)略議題管理是企業(yè)的一種行動(dòng)管理職能,目標(biāo)是找出潛在的或正在出現(xiàn)的、可能對(duì)企業(yè)構(gòu)成影響的社會(huì)責(zé)任相關(guān)問題,然后動(dòng)用并協(xié)調(diào)企業(yè)有效資源對(duì)相關(guān)問題的處理采取針對(duì)性措施。運(yùn)用矩陣方法分析華為企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任實(shí)質(zhì)性議題,創(chuàng)新探索社會(huì)責(zé)任的全過程管理。最后,提出企業(yè)需要將踐行社會(huì)責(zé)任議題的要求貫穿于企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)及管理活動(dòng)的每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),要在決策、戰(zhàn)略、機(jī)制、組織、考核等多方面實(shí)現(xiàn)深度覆蓋。
[Abstract]:Corporate social responsibility strategic issue management is an action management function of an enterprise, whose goal is to identify potential or emerging issues related to social responsibility that may have an impact on the business. Then we use and coordinate the effective resources of the enterprise to take targeted measures to deal with the related problems. We use the matrix method to analyze the substantive issues of corporate social responsibility of Huawei, and explore the whole process management of social responsibility innovatively. Finally, It is pointed out that enterprises need to implement social responsibility issues in every aspect of business operations and management activities, and to achieve deep coverage in many aspects, such as decision-making, strategy, mechanism, organization, assessment, and so on.
