跨國公司知識管理創(chuàng)新實施——外派管理人員回任適應與回任知識轉(zhuǎn)移視角

【摘要】:跨國經(jīng)營知識是開展全球化經(jīng)營最為重要的戰(zhàn)略性資源,若能有效運用將有助于跨國公司獲取競爭優(yōu)勢。立足于回任知識及其管理的重要性,從外派至回任周期的最后一個環(huán)節(jié)——回任適應出發(fā),首先分析回任適應對于回任人員和外派組織回任知識轉(zhuǎn)移的重要性,明確回任適應的關鍵影響因素;然后從個體-組織匹配視角分析增強回任適應的可行性和組織應有的支持角色;最后基于回任知識轉(zhuǎn)移的影響因素,分析并提出促進回任知識轉(zhuǎn)移的制度設置和管理策略,以及如何進行回任知識的轉(zhuǎn)移效果評價。
[Abstract]:Transnational management knowledge is the most important strategic resource for the development of global operation. If it can be used effectively, it will help transnational corporations gain competitive advantage, and be based on the importance of reappointment knowledge and its management. Starting from the last link of the period from assignment to reinsertion, this paper analyzes the importance of retainer adaptation to the knowledge transfer of the staff and the organization, and clarifies the key influencing factors of the retainer adaptation. Then, from the perspective of individual-organization matching, the paper analyzes the feasibility of enhancing reappointment adaptation and the supporting role of the organization. Finally, based on the influencing factors of reappointment knowledge transfer, it analyzes and puts forward the system setting and management strategy to promote the reappointment knowledge transfer. And how to evaluate the transfer effect of reappointment knowledge.
