【摘要】：隨著全世界范圍內(nèi)汽車(chē)市場(chǎng)持續(xù)升溫,汽車(chē)制造業(yè)的發(fā)展成井噴式增長(zhǎng)。僅2015-2016年,汽車(chē)的保有量就由2.7億量增長(zhǎng)至2.9億量。在建汽車(chē)制造企業(yè)的數(shù)量也如雨后春筍般蓬勃發(fā)展�？焖俚男袠I(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)汽車(chē)制造業(yè)的產(chǎn)量以及質(zhì)量形成高壓,誰(shuí)能屹立于本行業(yè)的發(fā)展紅潮中,誰(shuí)就可能成為未來(lái)汽車(chē)行業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者。面對(duì)不斷的產(chǎn)量要求,與之相對(duì)應(yīng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)、投資與聯(lián)盟性質(zhì)企業(yè)規(guī)模不斷壯大�？鐕�(guó)企業(yè)的出現(xiàn)也是鱗次櫛比。車(chē)企如何在保持原有的生產(chǎn)輸出情況下進(jìn)一步精進(jìn)企業(yè)的消耗,就需要企業(yè)進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)模式的探究。企業(yè)需要分析現(xiàn)有生產(chǎn)模式,找出問(wèn)題所在并分析根本原因,選擇精益的生產(chǎn)方式對(duì)生產(chǎn)模式進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,形成適用于自身企業(yè)發(fā)展的生產(chǎn)模式,才能在行業(yè)發(fā)展中永遠(yuǎn)走在前端。筆者以所在企業(yè)BB汽車(chē)制造公司乳化液車(chē)間為研究案例,對(duì)本公司的生產(chǎn)模式應(yīng)用等進(jìn)行了研究。文章通過(guò)對(duì)企業(yè)所處背景環(huán)境的研究,綜合精益管理理論文獻(xiàn)、管理工具確定研究思路與研究方法。并對(duì)精益生產(chǎn)國(guó)內(nèi)外的現(xiàn)狀做了簡(jiǎn)要分析,希望通過(guò)一系列生產(chǎn)方式理論做為開(kāi)展精益生產(chǎn)管理研究的理論支撐。并且對(duì)本案例:乳化液車(chē)間的現(xiàn)狀及運(yùn)行模式做出整體性與客觀性的研究,運(yùn)用流程分析、5W1H分析、5S工具調(diào)查分析方法對(duì)本單位生產(chǎn)發(fā)展中的問(wèn)題以及產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題的原因,提出相應(yīng)的改善對(duì)策。隨后,筆者針對(duì)車(chē)間存在的問(wèn)題形成問(wèn)題解決的整體思路,總結(jié)出精益生產(chǎn)改善的具體實(shí)施步驟。在按步驟實(shí)施改善后對(duì)改善實(shí)施的結(jié)果進(jìn)行跟蹤驗(yàn)證得出改善結(jié)論。本文重點(diǎn)研究了生產(chǎn)線布局、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè)、目視化管理等幾個(gè)方面的優(yōu)化過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:As the world's auto market continues to heat up, the auto manufacturing industry has grown into a blowout growth. In 2015-2016 alone, Car ownership has increased from 270 million to 290 million. The number of automakers under construction has sprung up. Rapid growth in the industry has created high pressure on the output and quality of the manufacturing industry. Who can stand in the red tide of the development of this industry, who may become the leader of the automobile industry in the future. The scale of investment and alliance enterprises is growing. The emergence of multinational enterprises is also one after another. How can auto enterprises further improve their consumption while maintaining their original production and output? The enterprise needs to analyze the existing production model, find out the problem and analyze the root cause, select the lean production mode to optimize the production mode. Only by forming a production model suitable for the development of our own enterprises, can we always walk in the front end in the development of the industry. The author takes the emulsion workshop of BB Automobile Manufacturing Company as a case study. Through the research of the background environment of the enterprise, the paper synthesizes the theory literature of lean management. Management tools to determine the research ideas and research methods, and lean production at home and abroad to do a brief analysis of the current situation, It is hoped that a series of production mode theories will be used as the theoretical support to carry out the research on lean production management. This paper also makes a holistic and objective study on the present situation and operation mode of the emulsion workshop in this case. By using the method of investigation and analysis of 5W1H tool, the author puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures to the problems in the production development of the unit and the causes of the problems. Then, the author forms the overall idea of solving the problems in the workshop. The concrete implementation steps of lean production improvement are summarized. After the improvement is carried out according to the steps, the result of improvement implementation is verified and the improvement conclusion is drawn. This paper mainly studies the layout of production line, standardized operation, Visual management and other aspects of the optimization process.
