【摘要】：本文基于城市待遇相關(guān)理論分析,利用1457份針對(duì)杭州不同人群的問卷調(diào)查結(jié)果,采用成本收益分析方法,構(gòu)建二元選擇模型進(jìn)行估計(jì),分析了城市待遇與留城意愿及創(chuàng)業(yè)行為的關(guān)系。研究結(jié)果表明:城市待遇因素和個(gè)體特征因素與留城意愿及創(chuàng)業(yè)行為具有相關(guān)關(guān)系。文化待遇和社會(huì)待遇中的部分指標(biāo)與留城意愿具有正向的相關(guān)關(guān)系。政治待遇、經(jīng)濟(jì)待遇、環(huán)境待遇中部分指標(biāo)與創(chuàng)業(yè)行為具有負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系。性別、年齡和學(xué)歷等個(gè)體特征會(huì)影響留城意愿和創(chuàng)業(yè)行為決策。留城意愿與創(chuàng)業(yè)行為有正向的相關(guān)關(guān)系。留城意愿對(duì)文化待遇和經(jīng)濟(jì)待遇與創(chuàng)業(yè)行為的關(guān)系起到了一定的中介作用。市民、農(nóng)民和移民在城市待遇與留城意愿及創(chuàng)業(yè)行為的關(guān)系上具有一定差異。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical analysis of urban treatment, this paper uses 1457 questionnaires for different groups of people in Hangzhou, and constructs a binary selection model to estimate it by cost-benefit analysis. This paper analyzes the relationship between the treatment of the city and the willingness to stay in the city and the entrepreneurial behavior. The results show that the factors of urban treatment and individual characteristics are related to the willingness to stay in the city and the entrepreneurial behavior. There is a positive correlation between the sub-index and the will to stay in the city. Some indicators of economic treatment and environmental treatment have negative correlation with entrepreneurial behavior. Individual characteristics such as age and education will influence the decision of staying in the city and entrepreneurial behavior. There is a positive correlation between the willingness to stay in the city and the entrepreneurial behavior. The willingness to stay in the city has played a certain role in the relationship between cultural treatment and economic treatment and entrepreneurial behavior. The intermediary role of the citizen, Farmers and immigrants have some differences in the relationship between urban treatment and willingness to stay and entrepreneurial behavior.
