【摘要】：為了使業(yè)務(wù)過程管理工作中的員工分配工作自動(dòng)地進(jìn)行、提高人員工作的效率,提出一種新算法。新算法考慮員工的認(rèn)知特征,基于商業(yè)過程模型中的流程鏈接關(guān)系以及員工間的協(xié)作特性,研究員工協(xié)作認(rèn)知特征的依賴度和冗余度屬性,采用增量搜索策略自動(dòng)分配員工。將新算法應(yīng)用于制造企業(yè)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)集,結(jié)果表明,該算法能夠在全體員工集合中尋找具備最大依賴度和最小冗余度特性的子員工集合、提高員工協(xié)作的效率。
[Abstract]:In order to make the assignment of staff in business process management work automatic and to improve the efficiency of staff work, a new algorithm is proposed, which takes into account the cognitive characteristics of employees. Based on the process link relationship in the business process model and the collaboration characteristics among employees, the dependency and redundancy attributes of the cognitive characteristics of employee collaboration are studied. The incremental search strategy is used to automatically assign employees. The new algorithm is applied to the related data sets of manufacturing enterprises. The results show that the algorithm can find the subsets of employees with the characteristics of maximum dependency and minimum redundancy in all employee sets. Improve the efficiency of employee collaboration.
