【摘要】：基于組織設(shè)計和知識治理理論,在動態(tài)不確定性環(huán)境下,企業(yè)流程正式化、知識治理機(jī)制與外部環(huán)境的有效交互對新產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)造力有積極的影響。在直接檢驗流程正式化與新產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)造力關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,深入分析并檢驗了兩種不同類型知識治理與外部環(huán)境的相互作用對上述關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用。以206家中國企業(yè)為研究對象的實證結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):流程正式化正向促進(jìn)新產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)造力;正式知識治理負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)流程正式化與新產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)造力之間的關(guān)系,而非正式知識治理正向調(diào)節(jié)流程正式化與新產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)造力之間的關(guān)系;流程正式化、正式知識治理與環(huán)境不確定性的三項交互與新產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)造力正相關(guān)。研究結(jié)論不僅揭示了正式流程影響創(chuàng)造力的作用機(jī)理,并明確了這一影響過程的邊界條件。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of organizational design and knowledge governance, the enterprise process is formalized under the dynamic uncertainty environment. The effective interaction between the knowledge governance mechanism and the external environment has a positive impact on the creativity of new products. This paper analyzes and tests the effect of the interaction between two different types of knowledge governance and external environment on the above relations. The empirical results of 206 Chinese enterprises show that the formalization of process positively promotes the creativity of new products; Formal knowledge governance is the relationship between formalization of negative regulation process and creativity of new product, while informal knowledge governance is the relationship between formalization of positive regulation process and creativity of new product. The three interactions between formal knowledge governance and environmental uncertainty are positively related to the creativity of new products. The conclusion of the study not only reveals the mechanism of formal process influencing creativity, but also clarifies the boundary conditions of this process.
