【摘要】：基于SNA理論與方法,通過(guò)企業(yè)間聯(lián)盟關(guān)系構(gòu)建中國(guó)化學(xué)藥品行業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟網(wǎng)絡(luò),并運(yùn)用負(fù)二項(xiàng)回歸模型實(shí)證分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:擁有中介中心位置優(yōu)勢(shì)的企業(yè)能夠在聯(lián)盟短期內(nèi)顯著提升其創(chuàng)新能力;而處于結(jié)構(gòu)洞位置的企業(yè)創(chuàng)新優(yōu)勢(shì)并不明顯;網(wǎng)絡(luò)的聚集與稠密連接對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的影響不顯著;較強(qiáng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)連通性會(huì)弱化企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力。最后,將研究結(jié)論與國(guó)內(nèi)外同類研究比較可知,在不同國(guó)家、市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下聯(lián)盟網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的影響存在差異;不同的行業(yè)類別、企業(yè)規(guī)模、文化背景下,聯(lián)盟網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的影響也不盡相同。
[Abstract]:Based on the SNA theory and method, through the strategic alliance between enterprises network alliance construction China chemical industry, and is used to analyze the influence of network structure on enterprise innovation ability of the two negative regression model. The results show that with the intermediary center position advantage of enterprises to enhance the innovation ability in the short term and in the enterprise alliance; the innovative advantage of the location of the hole structure is not obvious; aggregation and dense network connection influence on enterprise innovation ability is not significant; strong network connectivity will weaken the innovation ability of the enterprise. Finally, the research conclusion compared with similar studies at home and abroad, in different countries, there are differences on alliance network structure on enterprise innovation ability under the market economy system; different industry categories, the scale of enterprises, cultural background, alliance network structure on enterprise innovation ability influence as well The same.
