【摘要】:實施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,是我國立足國內(nèi)外形勢及當前發(fā)展局勢作出的重大決策。創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動實質(zhì)上是人才驅(qū)動。企業(yè)是實施創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的重要主體,創(chuàng)新人才是企業(yè)科技創(chuàng)新的重要載體。提高企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力,探究企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才協(xié)同培養(yǎng)問題具有重要意義。隨著創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略深入實施,企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新人才已不能完全滿足發(fā)展的需求。企業(yè)中的創(chuàng)新人才缺乏,創(chuàng)新人才之間協(xié)同聯(lián)動不足,協(xié)同培養(yǎng)機制缺失等問題,嚴重地制約了企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力的提高。加強企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才協(xié)同培養(yǎng)有利于解決這一問題。企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才協(xié)同培養(yǎng)是以企業(yè)為培養(yǎng)主體,對企業(yè)內(nèi)部不同部門的創(chuàng)新人才進行協(xié)同培養(yǎng)的一種新模式。企業(yè)是創(chuàng)新人才的直接使用主體,企業(yè)內(nèi)部加強創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng),不僅能提高創(chuàng)新人才的“量”,而且能增強創(chuàng)新人才的“質(zhì)”。創(chuàng)新人才是企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略性和稀缺性資源,如何在有限資源下發(fā)揮創(chuàng)新人才協(xié)同效應(yīng)以及如何提高企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才的“質(zhì)”和“量”,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展?通過對云南省創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)整體現(xiàn)狀分析,企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才協(xié)同培養(yǎng)存在觀念、制度、文化等方面的障礙,其主要成因有育人觀念狹隘、培養(yǎng)機制不健全、創(chuàng)新文化建設(shè)不到位等。本文從觀念層面、制度層面和文化層面對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才協(xié)同培養(yǎng)的進行了機理分析。本文主要分為五個章節(jié)。第一章:導(dǎo)論。主要闡述了企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才協(xié)同培養(yǎng)的選題背景及研究意義、問題的提出,以及研究思路及方法等。第二章:理論概述。對創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才及協(xié)同培養(yǎng)理論進行了概述,重點界定了企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才協(xié)同培養(yǎng)的概念和協(xié)同培養(yǎng)主客體。第三章:實證分析。以云南省創(chuàng)新型企業(yè)為例,分析了對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才協(xié)同培養(yǎng)的障礙及其成因。第四章:機理分析。在以上問題的討論上,從觀念層面、制度層面、文化層面對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才協(xié)同培養(yǎng)進行了機理分析。第五章:哲學思考。對創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和企業(yè)創(chuàng)新人才協(xié)同培養(yǎng)及其相互關(guān)系上升到哲學層面進行了分析。
[Abstract]:The implementation of innovation-driven development strategy is an important decision made by our country based on the domestic and foreign situation and the current development situation. In essence, the innovation-driven strategy is talent driven, and the enterprise is the main body of implementing the innovation-driven development strategy. Innovative talent is an important carrier of scientific and technological innovation in enterprises. It is of great significance to improve the ability of independent innovation of enterprises and to explore the cooperative cultivation of innovative talents. With the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy, The innovative talents of enterprises can no longer meet the needs of development, the lack of innovative talents in enterprises, the lack of coordination and linkage among innovative talents, the lack of cooperative training mechanisms, and so on. It seriously restricts the improvement of the independent innovation ability of enterprises. Strengthening the cooperative cultivation of innovative talents in enterprises is helpful to solve this problem. The cooperative cultivation of innovative talents in enterprises takes enterprises as the main body of cultivation. A new mode of collaborative cultivation of innovative talents in different departments of enterprises. Enterprises are the direct users of innovative talents, and enterprises strengthen the cultivation of innovative talents within enterprises. It can not only improve the "quantity" of innovative talents, but also enhance the "quality" of innovative talents, which are the strategic and scarce resources of enterprises. How to bring into play the synergetic effect of innovative talents under limited resources and how to improve the quality and quantity of innovative talents in order to realize the sustainable development of enterprises? Through the analysis of the whole situation of innovative enterprises in Yunnan Province, the author finds that there are some obstacles in the cooperative cultivation of innovative talents in Yunnan Province, such as concept, system, culture and so on. The main causes of these obstacles are the narrow concept of educating people, the imperfect training mechanism, and so on. The innovation culture construction is not in place and so on. This paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter one: introduction. The background and significance of cooperative training of innovative talents in enterprises are discussed. The second chapter: the summary of theory, the strategy of innovation-driven development, the theory of enterprise innovation talents and cooperative cultivation. This paper mainly defines the concept of cooperative cultivation of innovative talents in enterprises and the subject and object of collaborative cultivation. Chapter three: empirical analysis. Taking innovative enterprises in Yunnan Province as an example, This paper analyzes the obstacles and causes of collaborative cultivation of innovative talents in enterprises. Chapter 4th: mechanism analysis. In the discussion of the above problems, from the concept level, the system level, This paper analyzes the mechanism of cooperative cultivation of innovative talents in enterprises at the cultural level. Chapter 5th: philosophical thinking. This paper analyzes the development strategy driven by innovation and the cooperative cultivation of innovative talents in enterprises and their mutual relations to the philosophical level.
