【摘要】:世界經(jīng)濟在快速發(fā)展,中國經(jīng)濟也正積極進行結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與轉(zhuǎn)型。強大的制造業(yè)對基建、就業(yè)以及人均國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值(GDP)等方面都有重大的影響,是經(jīng)濟繁榮發(fā)展的未來之路。2015年中國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人指出,當(dāng)今信息產(chǎn)業(yè)主導(dǎo)世界經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,在這個新的時代,推動人類社會發(fā)展的動力主要來自科技創(chuàng)新,提出了“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”就是未來知識社會與信息技術(shù)推動下互聯(lián)網(wǎng)新的演進與發(fā)展形態(tài)。富士康公司作為制造業(yè)的一員,過去在科技制造業(yè)上確實取得了一定的成績,以給原始設(shè)備大型廠商代理設(shè)計和代理制造作為主要營運模式,主要特色是低成本和依靠規(guī)模經(jīng)濟。隨著全球化帶來的產(chǎn)業(yè)分工與結(jié)構(gòu)的快速改變,富士康需要重新思考新的戰(zhàn)略和運營模式,來適應(yīng)未來的發(fā)展形勢。富士康要隨著中國的發(fā)展和國內(nèi)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,來提升自己和調(diào)整自己,迎接轉(zhuǎn)型挑戰(zhàn)。唯有控制量的擴充,提升質(zhì)的水平,抓住戰(zhàn)略機遇,才能更快、更好地實現(xiàn)富士康的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型目標(biāo)。本論文先總結(jié)富士康現(xiàn)有戰(zhàn)略存在的問題,再根據(jù)現(xiàn)實環(huán)境狀況進行全面分析,得出適合富士康長期發(fā)展的新戰(zhàn)略。論文的架構(gòu)在弗雷德·戴維的戰(zhàn)略管理模型指導(dǎo)下構(gòu)建,分別運用了五力競爭模型、外部因素評價矩陣(EFE)、內(nèi)部因素評價矩陣(IFE),對內(nèi)外部的環(huán)境進行了全面分析,再運用SWOT矩陣和定量戰(zhàn)略計劃矩陣(QSPM),進行戰(zhàn)略分析和選擇,最終提出公司的總體發(fā)展智能制造戰(zhàn)略。此戰(zhàn)略以市場需求為導(dǎo)向,圍繞客戶這個核心點,用數(shù)據(jù)信息驅(qū)動整個商業(yè)活動中的各個運作環(huán)節(jié),讓各環(huán)節(jié)智能抉擇出最佳化的運行方式,達(dá)到最優(yōu)的結(jié)果,讓各環(huán)節(jié)價值最大化。此戰(zhàn)略主要表現(xiàn)在以下三方面:(1)發(fā)展智能制造低成本策略——依靠科學(xué)技術(shù)的變革,來提高制造的效率,產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)來占據(jù)競爭優(yōu)勢。(2)業(yè)務(wù)多元化策略——公司大力發(fā)展金融、交通、物流、零售、生技、醫(yī)療、生活等多種服務(wù)。(3)產(chǎn)業(yè)價值鏈雙向延伸一體化策略——提高買方價值,并創(chuàng)造新的需求,讓價值鏈變得更長。整合上下游,給客戶提供一站式全包式服務(wù)。在確定了公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略之后,本文提出了戰(zhàn)略實施和控制以及相關(guān)保障措施。本論文的研究成果不僅可以為富士康的生存和發(fā)展提供指導(dǎo)和建議,而且可以為國內(nèi)其他電子制造服務(wù)企業(yè)的升級轉(zhuǎn)型提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of world economy, Chinese economy is also actively carry out structural adjustment and transformation. Strong manufacturing industry for infrastructure, employment and per capita gross domestic product (GDP) has a significant impact on China is leaders of economic prosperity and development of the road to the future.2015 years pointed out that today's information industry leading the world economic development, in in this new era, the power to promote the development of human society is mainly from the innovation of science and technology, put forward the "Internet plus" is the future of the knowledge society and information technology to promote the evolution and development of new Internet form. Foxconn company as a member of the manufacturing industry, the past in the science and technology manufacturing industry has achieved certain results, in order to give the original equipment design and manufacturing of large manufacturers agent agent as the main mode of operation, the main feature is the low cost and rely on economies of scale. With the globalization of the industrial division and The rapid change of the Foxconn needs to rethink the strategy and operation mode, to adapt to the future development of the situation. With the development of Foxconn Chinese and domestic industrial structure adjustment, to improve and adjust themselves to meet the challenge. Only control the amount of expansion transformation, enhance quality level, seize the strategic opportunity to faster, better realize the strategic transformation of Foxconn. This paper first summarizes the existing Foxconn current strategy, according to the practical conditions of the comprehensive analysis, the new strategy for Foxconn's long-term development. The construction of the strategic management model under the guidance of Fred David, the competition model are used, the external factors evaluation matrix (EFE), internal factor evaluation matrix (IFE), the internal and external environment are analyzed, and then using the SWOT matrix and the quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) , strategic analysis and selection, finally put forward the overall development of intelligent manufacturing company strategy. This strategy guided by the market demand, around the core customers, drive each link of the whole operation of the business activities of the data information, make each link of intelligent choice operation way optimization, to achieve optimal results, make each link to maximize the value. This strategy is mainly manifested in the following three aspects: (1) the development of intelligent manufacturing low cost strategy -- depending on the change of science and technology, to improve manufacturing efficiency, product quality and quality service to occupy the competitive advantage. (2) business diversification strategy -- led to the development of the financial, transportation and logistics. Retail, biotech, medical, life and other services. (3) the industry value chain integration strategy to improve two-way extension buyer value, and create new demand for value chain becomes longer. The integration of upstream and downstream, to Provide one-stop package service to customers. After determining the company's development strategy, this paper puts forward the strategic implementation and control and the related security measures. The research results of this paper can not only provide guidance and advice for the survival and development of Foxconn, but also can provide a reference for the transformation of other domestic electronics manufacturing industry upgrade.
