【摘要】：正黨的十九大提出:建設(shè)數(shù)字中國(guó)、智慧社會(huì)。綠色、現(xiàn)代、智慧的城市就是這一目標(biāo)的集中體現(xiàn),科技創(chuàng)新和商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)智慧城市建設(shè),就是要實(shí)現(xiàn)供給側(cè)創(chuàng)新與需求側(cè)牽引兩端發(fā)力,線上服務(wù)與線下辦事緊密融合,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)和市民順暢辦事創(chuàng)業(yè)。科技創(chuàng)新對(duì)智慧城市建設(shè)體現(xiàn)在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)、人工智能等高新技術(shù)充分利用在智慧城市建設(shè)中。比如互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+政務(wù)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)管理系統(tǒng)、智慧民政、智慧黨建等;大數(shù)據(jù)中心通過數(shù)據(jù)間融合產(chǎn)生應(yīng)用價(jià)值;產(chǎn)業(yè)圍
[Abstract]:19th CPC National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: building a digital China, a smart society, a green, modern, and intelligent city is a concentrated embodiment of this goal. Scientific and technological innovation and business model innovation drive the construction of a smart city. That is to achieve supply-side innovation and demand-side traction at both ends, close integration of online services and offline services, and smooth business and entrepreneurship among enterprises and citizens.
