【摘要】:以商業(yè)銀行小微金融續(xù)貸業(yè)務(wù)研究為選題,探索大數(shù)據(jù)時代商業(yè)銀行小微金融業(yè)務(wù)客戶續(xù)貸行為規(guī)律,對商業(yè)銀行小微金融續(xù)貸業(yè)務(wù)的開展進行指導,從而有效提高小微貸款投放規(guī)模和確保貸款余額增長穩(wěn)定可控。選取國內(nèi)某商業(yè)銀行小微金融貸款客戶數(shù)據(jù),基于大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)進行建模,對續(xù)貸客戶進行分類預測。結(jié)果顯示,相比使用傳統(tǒng)分析方法進行的預測,在確保幾乎同樣的實際續(xù)貸客戶查準率前提下,基于大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)的預測方法極大提高了實際續(xù)貸客戶的查全率;诖髷(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)的續(xù)貸客戶預測為小微金融續(xù)貸業(yè)務(wù)客戶“名單制營銷”提供了較為有效的業(yè)務(wù)開拓依據(jù),為實現(xiàn)“量體裁衣”式的小微金融服務(wù)和銀行資金精細化管理奠定了堅實基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Based on the research of commercial bank's small and micro finance continuing business, this paper probes into the law of customer's credit renewal of commercial bank's small and micro financial business in big data's time, and guides the development of commercial bank's small and micro finance's continuing loan business. In order to effectively improve the scale of small and micro loans and ensure the growth of loan balance stable and controllable. Select a domestic commercial bank small and micro financial loan customer data, based on big data technology to model the classification of continued loan customers, the results show that, Compared with the prediction using traditional analytical methods, while ensuring almost the same actual credit renewal rate, The forecasting method based on big data technology has greatly improved the recall rate of the actual customers. The forecast of the customers based on big data technology provides a more effective basis for the "list system marketing" for the customers of the small and micro-finance loan renewal business. It has laid a solid foundation for the realization of micro-and micro-financial services and fine management of bank funds.
