【摘要】：目前,智力資本對企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的重要性已經(jīng)得到學(xué)者的認(rèn)可,但智力資本與企業(yè)不同創(chuàng)新類型之間的路徑關(guān)系尚不明朗。以233家科技型企業(yè)為研究對象,運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對智力資本與創(chuàng)新類型的關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)果表明:人力資本對企業(yè)經(jīng)營創(chuàng)新、管理創(chuàng)新和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新具有顯著的正向影響;結(jié)構(gòu)資本對技術(shù)創(chuàng)新有顯著的正向影響,而對企業(yè)的經(jīng)營創(chuàng)新和管理創(chuàng)新影響不顯著;同時(shí),關(guān)系資本對經(jīng)營創(chuàng)新和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新有顯著的正向影響,對企業(yè)的管理創(chuàng)新影響不顯著。
[Abstract]:At present, the importance of intellectual capital to the innovation ability of enterprises has been recognized by scholars, but the path relationship between intellectual capital and different innovation types of enterprises is not clear. The relationship between intellectual capital and innovation type is studied by using structural equation model. The results show that human capital has a significant positive impact on enterprise management innovation, management innovation and technological innovation. Structural capital has a significant positive impact on technological innovation, but not on enterprise management innovation and management innovation, and relational capital has a significant positive impact on management innovation and technological innovation. The impact on enterprise management innovation is not significant.
