企業(yè)研發(fā)投入結(jié)構(gòu)特征與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)模式——基于中國(guó)與主要國(guó)家企業(yè)研發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)的比較

【摘要】:利用101個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)18076個(gè)非金融企業(yè)2005~2014年的面板數(shù)據(jù),主要將中國(guó)與美國(guó)、英國(guó)、日本、德國(guó)、印度6個(gè)國(guó)家企業(yè)的研發(fā)投入規(guī)模與強(qiáng)度的結(jié)構(gòu)特征進(jìn)行分析得到:第一,發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的跨國(guó)公司主導(dǎo)全球研發(fā),中國(guó)頂級(jí)企業(yè)研發(fā)投資規(guī)模與之相比差距較大,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)缺乏引領(lǐng)全世界技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的核心企業(yè)的支撐,且依靠能源、原材料消耗和固定資產(chǎn)投資推動(dòng);第二,與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家企業(yè)研發(fā)投入的行業(yè)分布特征比較發(fā)現(xiàn):中國(guó)能源行業(yè)企業(yè)的研發(fā)投入規(guī)模與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家企業(yè)相比差距較小,反映了國(guó)家對(duì)綠色經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)模式的重視;中國(guó)信息科技行業(yè)企業(yè)的研發(fā)強(qiáng)度在本國(guó)所有行業(yè)的企業(yè)中較高,但企業(yè)研發(fā)投入規(guī)模過(guò)小,可能在一定程度上影響中國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的延伸;中國(guó)企業(yè)在醫(yī)療保健、消費(fèi)者非必需消費(fèi)品行業(yè)的研發(fā)投入規(guī)模和強(qiáng)度與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家差異較大,主要受人均收入水平?jīng)Q定的經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)雜度制約,這將影響中國(guó)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)與質(zhì)量的升級(jí);第三,與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家企業(yè)研發(fā)投入的年齡分布特征和規(guī)模分布特征比較發(fā)現(xiàn),中國(guó)高齡企業(yè)、小型企業(yè)研發(fā)投資規(guī)模過(guò)低,新創(chuàng)企業(yè)、大型企業(yè)研發(fā)投資強(qiáng)度高。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of 18076 non-financial enterprises in 101 countries and regions from 2005 to 2014, this paper analyzes the structural characteristics of R & D investment scale and intensity between China and the United States, Britain, Japan, Germany and India. While multinational corporations in developed countries dominate global R & D, the scale of R & D investment by China's top enterprises is quite different. Economic growth lacks the support of the core enterprises leading the world's technological innovation and relies on energy. Second, compared with the industrial distribution characteristics of R & D investment of developed country enterprises, it is found that the scale of R & D investment of Chinese energy industry enterprises is smaller than that of developed countries. This reflects the importance attached by the state to the green economic growth model. The R & D intensity of Chinese information technology enterprises is higher than that of enterprises in all sectors of the country, but the scale of R & D investment of enterprises is too small. To some extent, it may affect the extension of China's industrial chain. The scale and intensity of R & D investment by Chinese enterprises in medical care and consumer non-essential consumer goods industries are quite different from those in developed countries. It is mainly restricted by the economic complexity determined by the level of per capita income, which will affect the upgrading of the quality and quality of Chinese products. Thirdly, comparing with the characteristics of age distribution and scale distribution of R & D investment by enterprises in developed countries, it is found that China's advanced enterprises, Small enterprises R & D investment scale is too low, new enterprises, large enterprises R & D investment intensity.
