考慮供應鏈的產(chǎn)品族設計主從關(guān)聯(lián)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:目前,產(chǎn)品族設計已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)開發(fā)與制造的重要環(huán)節(jié),優(yōu)化的思想與技術(shù)是產(chǎn)品族設計中的重要基礎與核心框架。以往對產(chǎn)品族設計的相關(guān)研究,主要是局限于產(chǎn)品域中的優(yōu)化問題。而供應鏈作為產(chǎn)品族設計過程的重要影響要素,它不僅在設計過程的后端影響產(chǎn)品族的成本水平,而且在設計過程的前端影響產(chǎn)品族的模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)布局。因此,供應鏈與產(chǎn)品族設計過程的關(guān)聯(lián)優(yōu)化是決定產(chǎn)品族成敗的一個關(guān)鍵性問題。本文首先對產(chǎn)品族設計過程進行分析,研究產(chǎn)品族設計中可能受到供應鏈因素影響的不同階段,對結(jié)合供應鏈的產(chǎn)品族設計的主從關(guān)聯(lián)優(yōu)化問題進行一般性描述,提出解決這類問題的一般數(shù)學模型。針對具有產(chǎn)品族特點的雙層數(shù)學模型提出有效求解的嵌套式遺傳算法,最后詳細研究了產(chǎn)品族設計與供應鏈聯(lián)合考慮的幾個典型問題與具體模型,通過案例驗證文中提出模型與求解方法的有效性。論文具體的工作包括:第一、本文通過分析產(chǎn)品族設計過程與供應鏈過程相互關(guān)聯(lián)考慮的分析,建立結(jié)合供應鏈的產(chǎn)品族設計優(yōu)化的主從關(guān)聯(lián)與主從結(jié)構(gòu)的研究視角。第二、針對結(jié)合供應鏈因素的產(chǎn)品族設計主從優(yōu)化雙層模型的特點,提出了能夠有效求解的嵌套式遺傳算法。第三、針對產(chǎn)品族設計過程中的架構(gòu)階段與配置階段分別考慮供應鏈的影響。在考慮供應鏈的產(chǎn)品族協(xié)同架構(gòu)的優(yōu)化設計中,基于產(chǎn)品族與供應鏈協(xié)同架構(gòu)符合Stackelberg對策理論角度,構(gòu)建產(chǎn)品族架構(gòu)與供應鏈協(xié)同優(yōu)化的混合0-1非線性雙層規(guī)劃模型:模型的上層決策產(chǎn)品族的整體布局即模塊選擇與組合結(jié)構(gòu);下層決策與上層配置相匹配的簡易供應鏈架構(gòu)設計。針對考慮供應鏈因素的產(chǎn)品族配置的研究中,將供應鏈看做一個整體構(gòu)建結(jié)合供應鏈設計的產(chǎn)品族模塊配置優(yōu)化雙層模型。針對基于工藝多樣性而產(chǎn)生的產(chǎn)品族,在單一企業(yè)內(nèi)部研究并建立了產(chǎn)品族與工藝配置的主從優(yōu)化模型的。第四、以具有廣泛應用的變壓器、發(fā)電機和紀念臺鐘為例,驗證了本文提出的方法框架、模型與計算方法的合理有效性。
[Abstract]:At present, product family design has become an important link in enterprise development and manufacturing. The idea and technology of optimization is the important foundation and core frame of product family design. As an important factor of product family design process, supply chain not only affects the cost level of product family in the back end of design process, but also affects the cost of product family. Therefore, the optimization of the relationship between the supply chain and the product family design process is a key problem that determines the success or failure of the product family. This paper studies the different stages of product family design that may be affected by supply chain factors, and describes the master-slave association optimization problem of product family design combined with supply chain. In this paper, a general mathematical model for solving this kind of problems is put forward, and an effective nested genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the bilevel mathematical model with the characteristics of product family. Finally, several typical problems and specific models of product family design and supply chain are studied in detail, and the validity of the model and solution method is proved by case study. The main work of this paper is as follows: first, In this paper, by analyzing the correlation between product family design process and supply chain process, we establish the research perspective of master-slave relationship and master-slave structure of product family design optimization combined with supply chain. In view of the characteristics of the two-layer optimization model of product family design based on supply chain factors, a nested genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the problem effectively. Third, The influence of supply chain is considered in the framework stage and configuration stage of product family design. In the optimization design of product family collaborative architecture considering supply chain, the product family and supply chain collaborative architecture accord with Stackelberg game theory. The mixed 0-1 nonlinear bilevel programming model of product family architecture and supply chain coordination optimization is constructed: the overall layout of the upper layer decision product family is module selection and combination structure; The simple supply chain architecture design, which matches the lower level decision and the upper layer configuration, is used in the research of product family configuration considering the supply chain factors. Consider the supply chain as a whole to construct a two-layer model of product family module configuration optimization combined with supply chain design. The. 4th optimization model of product family and process configuration is studied and established in a single enterprise. Taking transformers, generators and commemorative clock as examples, the proposed method framework is verified. The reasonable validity of the model and calculation method.
