【摘要】：本文主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容是文化距離對(duì)中國(guó)企業(yè)投資"一帶一路"國(guó)家區(qū)位選擇的影響。在對(duì)多個(gè)對(duì)外投資動(dòng)因進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步考察文化距離同中國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)外投資區(qū)位選擇的關(guān)系。從現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的角度,"一帶一路"倡議的提出,為我國(guó)對(duì)外投資的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展提出新的方向。從歷史的角度,該倡議是基于中國(guó)同有關(guān)國(guó)家在歷史上進(jìn)行深入經(jīng)濟(jì)文化交流的深厚背景。從文化距離本身的角度,"一帶一路"沿線國(guó)家數(shù)量多、文化多樣化特性明顯,具有理論研究意義。從國(guó)際商務(wù)實(shí)務(wù)上看,文化也是國(guó)際商務(wù)環(huán)境分析中一個(gè)重要的維度,對(duì)文化距離的重視有利于減少文化摩擦和投資阻力。因此,本文選擇文化距離作為研究新戰(zhàn)略下的中國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)外投資區(qū)位選擇的一個(gè)切入點(diǎn)。通過(guò)回顧對(duì)外投資的理論以及中國(guó)對(duì)外投資特點(diǎn)的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),本文發(fā)現(xiàn)關(guān)于中國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)外投資的市場(chǎng)、資源等動(dòng)因研究較多且結(jié)論趨于一致,而對(duì)于文化距離對(duì)對(duì)外投資的影響研究結(jié)論莫衷一是、有待完善。在對(duì)文化距離同對(duì)外投資之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行理論梳理之后,本文發(fā)現(xiàn),對(duì)于中國(guó)對(duì)"一帶一路"投資和文化距離之間的關(guān)系的研究將有利于對(duì)新形勢(shì)下中國(guó)企業(yè)對(duì)外投資提供更多的參考意義。此外,本文介紹了所選取的文化距離測(cè)算方法,并對(duì)中國(guó)同有關(guān)國(guó)家的文化距離數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。同大多數(shù)文獻(xiàn)相似,本文采用了霍夫斯泰德文化維度和KSI指數(shù)對(duì)文化距離進(jìn)行測(cè)算。在研究方法上,本文采用計(jì)量分析和案例分析相結(jié)合的研究方法對(duì)此問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究。在實(shí)證分析中,選取了 2005年-2015年中國(guó)對(duì)34個(gè)"一帶一路"沿線國(guó)家的對(duì)外投資數(shù)據(jù),在檢驗(yàn)對(duì)外投資多種動(dòng)因的基礎(chǔ)上,驗(yàn)證了文化距離同對(duì)外投資顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)各個(gè)維度的文化維度值進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)不確定性規(guī)避度和個(gè)人主義度對(duì)對(duì)外投資具有顯著影響。在案例研究方面,通過(guò)選取2013年開(kāi)始談判的中泰投資合作項(xiàng)目作為本文的主要案例,本文梳理了項(xiàng)目合作談判的三段進(jìn)程,發(fā)現(xiàn)中泰兩國(guó)之間在文化維度上的差異對(duì)合作談判的落成具有重要的影響。
[Abstract]:The main content of this paper is the effect of cultural distance on Chinese investment "The Belt and Road" location choice.
