開企公司核心競爭力構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:隨著信息技術與社會經(jīng)濟的進一步發(fā)展,以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為依托的中小企業(yè)如雨后春筍般發(fā)展起來,它們?yōu)樯鐣?jīng)濟的發(fā)展貢獻了非常巨大的力量,吸引了行業(yè)內(nèi)外的廣泛關注。但是,企業(yè)發(fā)展的諸多問題都成為了中小企業(yè)在發(fā)展壯大的攔路虎。這些問題致使企業(yè)很難存續(xù),更談不上長久的發(fā)展。經(jīng)過調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn),這些很難發(fā)展起來的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)中小企業(yè)往往是因為沒有持久的核心競爭力。所以要想解決這一問題,必須要讓中小企業(yè)學會如果構(gòu)建自己的核心競爭力。目前學術界對于大型企業(yè)核心競爭力理論研究較多,實際經(jīng)驗也較為豐富,但是針對發(fā)展迅速生命周期較短的中小企業(yè)核心競爭力構(gòu)建理論的研究很少。在這種背景下,如何構(gòu)建互聯(lián)網(wǎng)中小企業(yè)的核心競爭力成了非常重要的課題。本文主要從企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略角度對開企公司的核心競爭力進行理論研究。首先是對開企公司的核心競爭力現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查分析,其次對開企公司核心競爭力的主要元素進行評價分析,最后是給出開企公司核心競爭力構(gòu)建給出思路和合理化建議。本文運用定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法對核心競爭力進行科學評價,論文的結(jié)果切合實際,具有參考價值;并運用波特五力模型對行業(yè)競爭環(huán)境進行分析;根據(jù)前兩者的分析識別出核心競爭力影響因素并提出構(gòu)建開企公司核心競爭力的思路與對策。經(jīng)過對開企公司所處的內(nèi)外環(huán)境以及核心競爭力決定因素的全面分析,得出結(jié)論:造成開企公司經(jīng)營業(yè)績嚴重下滑的主要原因是開企公司缺少核心競爭力,使公司無法在競爭殘酷的市場中獲取長久優(yōu)勢。開企公司想要擺脫所面臨的種種困境,需從構(gòu)建自己的核心競爭力著手。針對這一結(jié)論給出了構(gòu)建開企公司核心競爭力的思路:1、制定企業(yè)核心的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃;2、營造企業(yè)文化實施人本管理;3、通過技術創(chuàng)新,構(gòu)建企業(yè)核心競爭力;4、構(gòu)建核心制度,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)規(guī)范化運作;5、提高市場預見及應對能力。根據(jù)思路給出合理化建議:1、轉(zhuǎn)變思想,提出企業(yè)發(fā)展核心戰(zhàn)略;2、重建管理體系;3、加強技術研發(fā)及創(chuàng)新能力;4、改變?nèi)肆Y源策略;5、構(gòu)建企業(yè)文化。
[Abstract]:With the further development of information technology and social economy, the small and medium-sized enterprises relying on the Internet have sprung up, and they have contributed a great deal of power to the development of social economy. It has attracted wide attention from both inside and outside the industry. However, many problems in the development of enterprises have become a hindrance to the development and growth of small and medium-sized enterprises. These problems make it difficult for enterprises to survive, let alone develop for a long time. These Internet small and medium-sized enterprises, which are difficult to develop, often because they do not have lasting core competitiveness. So to solve this problem, It is necessary for small and medium-sized enterprises to learn how to build their own core competitiveness. At present, there are more academic researches on the core competitiveness of large enterprises and more practical experience. However, there is little research on the construction theory of the core competence of small and medium-sized enterprises, which has a short life cycle of rapid development. How to construct the core competence of small and medium-sized enterprises on the Internet has become a very important subject. This paper mainly studies the core competence of the enterprises from the angle of enterprise strategy. First of all, it is the core competitiveness of the enterprises. The investigation and analysis of the present situation, Secondly, it evaluates and analyzes the main elements of the core competence of the company. In the end, the author gives some ideas and reasonable suggestions on how to construct the core competence of a company. This paper uses the method of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate the core competence scientifically. The results of this paper are practical and have reference value. And use Porter's five-force model to analyze the competition environment of the industry; According to the analysis of the former two factors, this paper identifies the influencing factors of the core competence and puts forward the ideas and countermeasures to construct the core competence of the company. After a comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment and the determinants of the core competence of the company, It is concluded that the main reason for the serious decline in the operating performance of the companies is the lack of core competitiveness, which prevents them from gaining a lasting advantage in a ruthless competitive market. The companies want to get rid of the difficulties they face. In view of this conclusion, the author puts forward the idea of constructing the core competence of the company, making the strategic plan of the core of the enterprise and building the enterprise culture to carry out the humanistic management. To construct the core competence of enterprises, to construct the core system, to realize the standardized operation of enterprises, to improve the market foresight and the ability to deal with it. The paper puts forward the core strategy of enterprise development, the reconstruction of management system, the strengthening of technological research and development and innovation ability, the change of human resource strategy, and the construction of enterprise culture.
