【摘要】：從能否度量的角度對"風險"和"不確定性"作出界定:"風險"指事件發(fā)生的概率能夠被度量的不確定性,"不確定性"指事件發(fā)生的概率不可被度量的不確定性。進而根據(jù)企業(yè)家對風險和不確定性問題的不同處理方式,將企業(yè)家能力分為靜態(tài)能力和動態(tài)能力。企業(yè)家動態(tài)能力在于創(chuàng)造出一種新的生產(chǎn)函數(shù),適合處理不確定性問題,而靜態(tài)能力更適合處理風險性問題。最后,對企業(yè)家動態(tài)能力的影響因素進行了實證分析。結(jié)果表明:相比于女性企業(yè)家,男性企業(yè)家具有更高概率使用動態(tài)能力。企業(yè)家動態(tài)能力與企業(yè)家的企業(yè)治理經(jīng)驗正相關(guān),與企業(yè)家政府機關(guān)任職經(jīng)歷、研究經(jīng)驗負相關(guān),與企業(yè)家出國經(jīng)歷關(guān)系不明確。
[Abstract]:"risk" and "uncertainty" are defined in terms of whether they can be measured: "risk" refers to the uncertainty that the probability of occurrence of an event can be measured, and "uncertainty" refers to the uncertainty that the probability of occurrence of an event cannot be measured. Depending on how entrepreneurs deal with risks and uncertainties, The entrepreneur's ability is divided into static ability and dynamic ability. Entrepreneur's dynamic ability is to create a new production function, which is suitable for dealing with uncertainty, while static ability is more suitable for dealing with risk. The results show that compared with female entrepreneurs, male entrepreneurs have a higher probability of using dynamic abilities, and the dynamic abilities of entrepreneurs are positively correlated with their corporate governance experience. There is a negative correlation between the experience and the experience of the entrepreneur's government, but it is not clear with the experience of entrepreneur going abroad.
