【摘要】:近年來,商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新成為理論界與企業(yè)界關(guān)心的重要話題。由于商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新測度上存在的難度,及商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新研究的切入視角所限,商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域仍然有大量有價值的研究問題沒有得到很好的解釋,F(xiàn)有研究主要探討了商業(yè)模式的要素組成及其同企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略行動之間的聯(lián)系,并沒有對企業(yè)決策者在商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新中的作用給予重視。然而,在商業(yè)機(jī)會的相關(guān)信息轉(zhuǎn)化為商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新想法的形成過程,以及商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新實(shí)施過程中的資源配置過程,企業(yè)的實(shí)際決策者——高層管理團(tuán)隊(duì)均扮演了重要角色。同時,商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的研究主要以案例形式呈現(xiàn),基于大樣本的定量研究相對缺乏。為了彌補(bǔ)這些重要缺口,本文首先以中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)為研究對象,構(gòu)建了商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新成功的影響因素框架。在此基礎(chǔ)上,從決策視角切入,引入戰(zhàn)略謀劃與高管團(tuán)隊(duì)多樣性作為商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的前因變量與作用機(jī)制的門檻變量,對商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的形成機(jī)制與作用機(jī)制進(jìn)行更加深入的剖析。三個子研究從不同角度對商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的形成機(jī)制和作用機(jī)制給予了實(shí)證支持,并取得了如下的實(shí)證結(jié)果。子研究一,探討了新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體下互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新成功的因素,采用了定性和定量相結(jié)合的實(shí)證研究方法。其中,多案例研究選用陌陌科技、奇虎360、樂視網(wǎng)及去哪兒的四家企業(yè)作為研究對象,定量研究選用在美國上市的23家互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)為樣本。實(shí)證分析結(jié)果說明:新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體的本地化情境會對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的績效產(chǎn)生重要影響。具體來看,一方面,市場動態(tài)性和市場分割性越高,企業(yè)進(jìn)行商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新能夠獲得的效率績效越低;市場競爭性越高,企業(yè)進(jìn)行商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新能夠獲得的效率績效越高。引入高管團(tuán)隊(duì)多樣性作為調(diào)節(jié)變量后,當(dāng)高管團(tuán)隊(duì)職能多樣性的水平越高,市場分割性對商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新效率績效之間的負(fù)向關(guān)系更強(qiáng);市場競爭性對商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新效率績效之間的正向關(guān)系將更強(qiáng)。另一方面,市場分割性越高,企業(yè)進(jìn)行商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新能夠獲得的增長績效越低。加入高管團(tuán)隊(duì)多樣性為情境后,當(dāng)高管團(tuán)隊(duì)任期多樣性越高,市場分割性與商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的增長績效之間的負(fù)向關(guān)系將更強(qiáng)。子研究二,探討了戰(zhàn)略謀劃對商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的影響,以及產(chǎn)業(yè)動態(tài)性在其中所起的調(diào)節(jié)作用。利用中國中小板和創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司2004年至2014年間共2726個樣本觀察值,得到的實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示:戰(zhàn)略謀劃復(fù)雜度對偏效率商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新存在顯著的負(fù)向作用。當(dāng)企業(yè)處于產(chǎn)業(yè)動態(tài)性較高的環(huán)境中時,戰(zhàn)略謀劃復(fù)雜度與偏效率商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的負(fù)向關(guān)系將減弱。子研究三,探討了商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新對企業(yè)績效的作用,以及高層管理團(tuán)隊(duì)多樣性在其中所起的門檻作用。利用中國中小板和創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司2009年至2011年三年間共906個數(shù)據(jù)(平衡面板數(shù)據(jù)),得到的實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示:高層管理團(tuán)隊(duì)職能多樣性在偏新穎商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新與企業(yè)績效之間的關(guān)系中發(fā)揮著門檻變量的作用,而高層管理團(tuán)隊(duì)任期多樣性則在偏效率商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新與企業(yè)績效之間的關(guān)系中扮演著門檻變量作用。具體來說,當(dāng)高層管理團(tuán)隊(duì)職能多樣性高于一定水平后,偏新穎的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新會正向顯著影響企業(yè)績效,否則沒有顯著影響;當(dāng)高層管理團(tuán)隊(duì)任期多樣性處于一定范圍內(nèi)(兩個門檻值之間)時,偏效率的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新會正向顯著影響企業(yè)績效。同商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)有研究相比,本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)主要有以下方面:(1)研究視角上的創(chuàng)新,F(xiàn)有研究中,商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新主要同技術(shù)創(chuàng)新或戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)系在一起。他們認(rèn)為,商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新能夠更好地促進(jìn)企業(yè)的技術(shù)商業(yè)化,或促進(jìn)企業(yè)重要的戰(zhàn)略決策更好的實(shí)施。然而,只將商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新視為技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與戰(zhàn)略的重要輔助工具,將導(dǎo)致我們對商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)生片面的認(rèn)識。因?yàn)樯虡I(yè)模式創(chuàng)新是企業(yè)綜合考慮環(huán)境中包括技術(shù)、客戶、市場等多元信息所作出的重大決策。在這個過程中,企業(yè)決策者扮演著關(guān)鍵的信息接收與處理的角色,對商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的形成機(jī)制與作用機(jī)制產(chǎn)生重要影響。所以,本文從決策視角對商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的發(fā)生機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析,能夠從整體上考慮商業(yè)機(jī)會的影響,并有效的填補(bǔ)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新與企業(yè)決策者間關(guān)系的理論空白。(2)商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新研究邊界的拓展。對商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)有研究主要利用資源觀、交易成本、價值網(wǎng)絡(luò)等理論對商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的形成與作用機(jī)制進(jìn)行了解釋。然而,現(xiàn)有研究對于商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的研究主要聚焦于資源的分配和利用,并沒有考慮到資源分配與利用的背后決策者——高層管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的作用。依據(jù)管理認(rèn)知理論和高階理論可知,商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新作為企業(yè)的一項(xiàng)重要決策任務(wù),高層管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的認(rèn)知結(jié)構(gòu)會對商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)生決定性影響。本文通過在商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新研究中引入管理認(rèn)知理論,能夠極大地拓展商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的研究范圍,進(jìn)而增加商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新對現(xiàn)實(shí)世界的解釋力。(3)測量方法上的創(chuàng)新。本文首次利用客觀指標(biāo)建立了商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的測量方法。已有研究對商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的測度主要采用問卷量表。然而,該問卷的有效性仍然需要在更多行業(yè)與情境中進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新并非是一個主觀意義上的心理活動構(gòu)念,利用客觀指標(biāo)進(jìn)行商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的測量在理論層面同樣具有重要的意義。本文的測度方法不僅有利于商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新在更多行業(yè)中的研究開展,同時也使得商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新研究領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)生更多的定量研究成為可能。
[Abstract]:In recent years, business model innovation has become an important topic of concern of the theorists and the business community.
