【摘要】：研究目標(biāo):考察中國企業(yè)參與全球價值鏈的持續(xù)時間及其決定因素。研究方法:采用2000~2007年中國企業(yè)面板數(shù)據(jù),通過生存分析模型進(jìn)行研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):中國企業(yè)進(jìn)入和退出全球價值鏈(GVC)的企業(yè)數(shù)量大體呈上升趨勢,企業(yè)總體嵌入GVC的持續(xù)時間較短,均值為1.827年,且隨著持續(xù)時間增長企業(yè)生存的危險性逐漸降低。其中東部地區(qū)企業(yè)、加工貿(mào)易企業(yè)、民營企業(yè)和外資企業(yè)在GVC中的生存率更高,風(fēng)險率更低,持續(xù)嵌入GVC的能力更強(qiáng)。出口發(fā)達(dá)國家的企業(yè)、加工貿(mào)易企業(yè)、民營企業(yè)、外資企業(yè)和具有較好研發(fā)能力、全要素生產(chǎn)率較高、規(guī)模較大、融資約束較小、年齡較小的企業(yè)退出GVC的概率更低,嵌入GVC的持續(xù)時間更長。研究創(chuàng)新:構(gòu)建企業(yè)層面價值鏈嵌入程度指標(biāo),并運用生存分析創(chuàng)新性地考察中國企業(yè)在全球價值鏈中的進(jìn)入退出行為。研究價值:對評析貿(mào)易開放的利得以及尋求"中國制造"在全球價值鏈中持續(xù)經(jīng)營的模式具有重要的理論意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the duration of Chinese enterprises' participation in global value chain and its determinants. The results show that the number of Chinese enterprises entering and withdrawing from global value chain (GVC) is on the rise, and the duration of embedding GVC is relatively short, with an average of 1.827 years. The survival rate of enterprises in the eastern region, processing trade enterprises, private enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises in GVC is higher and the risk rate is lower. Enterprises in developed countries, processing trade enterprises, private enterprises, foreign-funded enterprises and have better R & D capability, total factor productivity is higher, scale is larger, financing constraints are relatively small, Younger firms are less likely to exit GVC and have a longer duration to embed GVC. And using the survival analysis to investigate the entry and exit behavior of Chinese enterprises in the global value chain innovatively. The research value: to evaluate the benefits of trade opening and to seek the "made in China" in the global value chain to continue to operate the model of "made in China" in the global value chain. The formula has important theoretical significance.
