【摘要】：技術創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡治理是維持網(wǎng)絡穩(wěn)定及促進網(wǎng)絡中知識信息流暢運行的核心問題,但現(xiàn)有文獻在研究其核心治理機制應用情境及影響路徑方面相對缺乏。文章采用合作創(chuàng)新中成員文化的異質性作為調(diào)節(jié)變量,研究合同治理及關系治理對網(wǎng)絡合作機會主義行為產(chǎn)生的抑制作用,且將文化分為個人-集體主義及不確定性規(guī)避兩個維度。結果表明,在個人主義以及低不確定性規(guī)避文化中合同治理更為有效,集體主義以及高不確定性規(guī)避文化中關系治理更為有效,且個人-集體維度對合同與關系治理交互存在調(diào)節(jié)作用。通過本文的研究,有助于網(wǎng)絡成員依據(jù)不同的文化情境利用更為有效的治理機制,為創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡中不同文化成員治理機制選擇,提升企業(yè)持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力及競爭優(yōu)勢的獲得提供理論支持。
[Abstract]:Technological innovation network governance is the core problem of maintaining network stability and promoting the smooth operation of knowledge and information in the network. However, the existing literature is relatively lacking in studying the application situation and influence path of its core governance mechanism. This paper adopts the heterogeneity of member cultures in cooperative innovation as the regulating variable. This paper studies the restraining effect of contract governance and relationship governance on the opportunistic behavior of network cooperation, and divides culture into two dimensions: individual-collectivism and uncertainty evading. Contract governance is more effective in individualism and low uncertainty aversion culture, and relationship governance is more effective in collectivism and high uncertainty aversion culture. Through the research of this paper, it is helpful for network members to use more effective governance mechanism according to different cultural situations. It provides theoretical support for the selection of governance mechanism of members of different cultures in the innovation network and for the promotion of sustainable innovation ability and the acquisition of competitive advantages of enterprises.
