【摘要】：立足企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)現(xiàn)狀,從進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)、推動(dòng)企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的應(yīng)用入手,進(jìn)而對(duì)目前我國(guó)企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)現(xiàn)狀加以梳理并針對(duì)所存在著的問(wèn)題,從準(zhǔn)確把握企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)的大邏輯、加強(qiáng)科研院校與企業(yè)的"聯(lián)姻"、注重中小型企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的提升3個(gè)方面給出解決的建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the current situation of enterprise intellectual property, the author starts with the further understanding of enterprise intellectual property protection and the application of enterprise intellectual property, and then combs the present situation of enterprise intellectual property in our country and aims at the existing problems. Some suggestions are given from three aspects: grasping the big logic of intellectual property protection of enterprises, strengthening the "marriage" between scientific research colleges and enterprises, and paying attention to the promotion of innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprises.
