【摘要】：企業(yè)所處的制度環(huán)境對企業(yè)的技術創(chuàng)新行為有著二元性,即可以同時促進和抑制技術創(chuàng)新行為的產(chǎn)生,因此合理的制度安排對于企業(yè)的技術創(chuàng)新是非常重要的。嵌入式代理理論認為行為者能夠?qū)ι鐣a(chǎn)生能動的反作用,從而改變其所處制度環(huán)境中的制度安排。為解決在多重制度影響下企業(yè)如何通過制度來解決技術創(chuàng)新合法性的困境,從微觀制度視角出發(fā),采用文獻分析法,通過分析組織所處制度環(huán)境中的市場邏輯、專業(yè)邏輯、合作邏輯、社區(qū)邏輯、管制機構(gòu)邏輯和家族邏輯,發(fā)現(xiàn)其分別對企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新合法性有著不同的影響和重要的促進作用,并在此基礎上建構(gòu)多重制度邏輯下企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新合法性的機制模型。
[Abstract]:The institutional environment of the enterprise has duality to the technological innovation behavior of the enterprise, that is, it can promote and restrain the production of the technological innovation behavior at the same time. Therefore, reasonable institutional arrangements are very important to the technological innovation of enterprises. In order to solve the problem of how to solve the legitimacy of technological innovation through institution under the influence of multiple systems, this paper, from the perspective of micro system, adopts the literature analysis method to solve the problem of how to solve the problem of the legitimacy of technological innovation in the institutional environment in which the enterprise is under the influence of multiple systems. By analyzing the market logic, professional logic, cooperation logic, community logic, regulatory agency logic and family logic in the institutional environment of the organization, it is found that they have different influences and important promotive roles on the legitimacy of enterprise technological innovation. On this basis, the mechanism model of the legitimacy of enterprise technological innovation under the logic of multiple systems is constructed.
