【摘要】：由于市場的同質(zhì)化競爭、經(jīng)濟形勢的不斷惡化和信息技術(shù)的日益進步,傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)依靠技術(shù)進步求發(fā)展越來越難,追求管理的精細化,已成為企業(yè)提升核心競爭能力的主要手段。本文將精細化管理與統(tǒng)計分析相結(jié)合,通過文獻探討資料法、實證調(diào)查與分析方法、定量與定性相結(jié)合的分析方法、案例分析方法等方法,淺析企業(yè)借助于統(tǒng)計分析技術(shù),推進精細化管理的實施辦法。第一、第二章,通過對精細化管理與統(tǒng)計分析相關(guān)理論知識的探討,通過對其內(nèi)涵、特征、實施原則與途徑的了解,對統(tǒng)計分析的意義、主要類別、企業(yè)管理中統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)收集的注意事項、企業(yè)管理各主要環(huán)節(jié)對統(tǒng)計分析技術(shù)的需求與主要方法等進行了研究。提出在企業(yè)管理的各管理環(huán)節(jié)中,選擇適宜的統(tǒng)計分析方法,才能促進精細化管理措施的有效落實,加快精細化管理實施的進程,達到管理全面提升的目的。第三章結(jié)合悅達棉紡公司所處行業(yè)的特征及所存在的問題與不足,從戰(zhàn)略、績效管理、顧客與員工管理、質(zhì)量管理過程、設備管理等方面,運用統(tǒng)計分析方法推進精細化管理的方法作了研究,從分析戰(zhàn)略目標分解落實與績效評價員工技能的關(guān)系中,提出了實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略落地的有效途徑;顧客滿意度和員工滿意度管理,兩個滿意度的有效提升,可以有效增強企業(yè)活力與市場競爭力;質(zhì)量管理與設備管理是紡織企業(yè)兩大基礎管理,通過精細化管理理念的強化與措施的落實,可控制與改善質(zhì)量、提高設備效率與員工勞動生產(chǎn)率、有效降低原料與機物料消耗。第四章收集悅達棉紡公司推行精細化三年部分關(guān)鍵績效指標,從產(chǎn)、銷、利、顧客與員工滿意度、效率與單位產(chǎn)品消耗等六個方面,認證精細化實施后所取得的成效:產(chǎn)量增加了 10.3%,銷量提高了5.9%,毛利提高了248%,利潤總額提高了 135%,員工收入年均增長14%,員工滿意度提高4.7%,顧客滿意度提高4.3%,單產(chǎn)水平增加1.5公斤,噸紗電耗下降6.1%。通過本文的研究與介紹,加深了人們對精細化管理實施的要求、統(tǒng)計分析技術(shù)在企業(yè)管理中的重要作用等有了較深刻地了解,分析了企業(yè)六個關(guān)鍵績效管理過程建立在統(tǒng)計分析基礎上精細化管理的方法與過程。悅達棉紡處于整個紡織服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的中段,在行業(yè)內(nèi)具有一定的代表性,在目前嚴峻的市場形勢下,選擇它作為精細化管理開展研究的對象,對其它同類企業(yè)具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Because of the homogenization of competition in the market, the increasingly deteriorating economic situation and the progress of information technology, the traditional enterprise development more and more difficult to rely on technological progress, the pursuit of fine management, has become the main means for enterprises to enhance the core competitive ability. This paper will fine management combined with statistical analysis, through literature data method. Methods of empirical investigation and analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, case analysis method, statistical analysis technique by means of enterprise, to promote the implementation of fine management. First, the second chapter, through the analysis of the fine management and statistics of relevant theoretical knowledge, the characteristics of its connotation, implementation. The principle and way of understanding the main categories of the significance of statistical analysis, the matters needing attention in enterprise management, statistical data collection, business management major part of statistical analysis technology The demand and the main methods are studied. Put forward in each aspect of management, select the appropriate statistical analysis methods, in order to promote the effective implementation of fine management measures, accelerate the implementation of fine management process, to enhance the management purpose. The third chapter discusses Yueda's industry characteristics of cotton and the problems and shortcomings, from strategy, performance management, customer and employee management, quality management, equipment management, using the method of statistical analysis method to promote the fine management of the research, from the analysis of the strategic goal of the decomposition of the implementation and performance evaluation skills of staff relationship, puts forward effective ways to realize the strategic landing; customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction management, effectively enhance the satisfaction of two, can effectively enhance the vitality of enterprises and market competitiveness; quality management and equipment management is spinning The two basic textile enterprise management, by strengthening measures and refined management idea of the implementation, control and improve the quality, efficiency and improve employee productivity and reduce the equipment, raw material consumption of the machine. The fourth chapter Yueda cotton textile company to implement meticulous collection of three years of key performance indicators, from production, sales, profit, customer and employee satisfaction, six aspects of efficiency and consumption of products, the certification of fine after the implementation of the results, the yield increased 10.3%, sales increased by 5.9%, gross profit increased by 248%, gross profit increased by 135%, average annual revenue growth of 14% employees, improve employee satisfaction 4.7%, customer satisfaction increased by 4.3%, yield an increased level of 1.5 kg, tons of yarn power consumption by 6.1%. through the research and introduces the deepening people implementation of fine management requirements, statistical analysis technology in the enterprise management plays an important role. A more profound understanding of the six key enterprises of the performance management process analysis method and process of fine management on the basis of the statistics in the whole cotton. Yueda textile and garment industry chain in the middle, has certain representativeness in the industry in the market, the current situation is grim, choose it as a research object carry out meticulous management, has a certain reference to other similar enterprises.
