【摘要】：本文從權(quán)變理論視角出發(fā),旨在研究中國宇航企業(yè)的組織集權(quán)、組織規(guī)范、認(rèn)知慣性、競爭強度和技術(shù)動蕩對于創(chuàng)新認(rèn)知的影響。通過調(diào)查問卷的實證研究,本文發(fā)現(xiàn)組織集權(quán)和組織規(guī)范對創(chuàng)新認(rèn)知有顯著地負(fù)向影響,競爭強度和技術(shù)動蕩對于創(chuàng)新認(rèn)知有顯著地正向影響。此外,認(rèn)知慣性對創(chuàng)新認(rèn)知有負(fù)向影響,同時在組織集權(quán)、組織規(guī)范和創(chuàng)新認(rèn)知之間起到了中介效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of contingency theory, this paper aims to study the impact of organizational centralization, organizational norms, cognitive inertia, competition intensity and technological turbulence on innovation cognition of Chinese aerospace enterprises. This paper finds that organizational centralization and organizational norms have a significant negative impact on innovation cognition, competition intensity and technological turbulence have a significant positive impact on innovation cognition, and cognitive inertia has a negative impact on innovation cognition, while centralizing organizational power. Organizational norms and innovative cognition play an intermediary role.
