【摘要】：近年來,國內(nèi)的煤化工行業(yè)得到了廣泛的發(fā)展,但在經(jīng)濟、環(huán)境的雙重壓力下,煤化工產(chǎn)能整體過剩,產(chǎn)品銷路受到嚴重打擊。同時,煤化工行業(yè)受經(jīng)濟形勢下滑,油價跌入谷底,行業(yè)開工率低的影響,煤化工產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化競爭加劇。因此,煤化工企業(yè)亟需通過優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、加快技術(shù)升級等方式提升自身經(jīng)營水平,增強可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力,提高國際競爭力。本文以HS化工股份有限公司實際發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為背景,運用企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論中的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析、SWOT分析,結(jié)合煤化工行業(yè)的發(fā)展規(guī)律和特點,通過實地調(diào)研和案例研究的方法,從以下三個方面進行了具體分析:第一,對HS化工股份有限公司外部環(huán)境進行分析。重點分析煤化工行業(yè)的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,找出影響行業(yè)收益的主要因素,總結(jié)行業(yè)存在的機遇與挑戰(zhàn),為制定企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供外部信息。第二,對HS化工股份有限公司內(nèi)部環(huán)境進行分析。主要分析了企業(yè)現(xiàn)有產(chǎn)業(yè)板塊、人力資源、財務(wù)狀況等方面,把握了企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢與劣勢,為制定企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略奠定基礎(chǔ)。第三,研究了 HS化工股份有限公司的戰(zhàn)略定位及戰(zhàn)略選擇�；趯ζ髽I(yè)的內(nèi)外部分析、SWOT分析,制定了企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并就戰(zhàn)略實施和保障方面做了說明。本文的研究對象HS化工股份有限公司,是以多業(yè)聯(lián)產(chǎn)的新型煤化工企業(yè)、全球最大的DMF制造商。本研究不僅對HS化工股份有限公司自身發(fā)展具有指導意義,對其他綜合型煤化工企業(yè)也具有一定的借鑒價值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the domestic coal chemical industry has been extensively developed, but under the double pressure of economy and environment, the overall overcapacity of coal chemical industry has been seriously hit. Meanwhile, the coal chemical industry has been slippery under the economic situation. The oil price has fallen to the bottom, the impact of the low operating rate of the industry, and the homogeneous competition of coal chemical products have intensified. Therefore, coal chemical enterprises urgently need to improve their management level and enhance their ability of sustainable development by optimizing the industrial structure, speeding up technological upgrading, and so on. Based on the actual development situation of HS Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., SWOT analysis of the internal and external environment in the strategic management theory of enterprises is used to combine the development law and characteristics of coal chemical industry. Through the method of field investigation and case study, this paper makes a concrete analysis from the following three aspects: first, it analyzes the external environment of HS Chemical Co., Ltd., focusing on the related contents of coal chemical industry. Find out the main factors that affect the industry income, summarize the opportunities and challenges that exist in the industry, and provide external information for the formulation of the enterprise development strategy. Second, This paper analyzes the internal environment of HS Chemical Co., Ltd., mainly analyzes the existing industrial sectors, human resources and financial situation of the enterprise, grasps the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise, and lays the foundation for the formulation of the enterprise development strategy. This paper studies the strategic orientation and strategic choice of HS Chemical Co., Ltd. Based on the SWOT analysis of internal and external analysis of the enterprise, it formulates the development strategy of the enterprise. The research object of this paper is HS Chemical Co., Ltd., which is a new type of coal chemical enterprise with multi-industry cogeneration. This study not only has guiding significance for the development of HS Chemical Co., Ltd., but also has certain reference value for other comprehensive coal chemical enterprises.
