基于大數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動的神寧集團員工培訓研究

【摘要】:隨著世界經(jīng)濟全球化發(fā)展,市場競爭愈演愈烈,在這樣的激烈環(huán)境下,一個企業(yè)要想在競爭中立于不敗之地,就必須有一支強大的人才隊伍作為支撐,人才隊伍的整體素質(zhì)不僅來自于每一個個體所來帶的自身能量,還取決于這種自身能量與企業(yè)的配合和在工作中的不斷提升,而這就離不開企業(yè)對員工的培訓。培訓可以使員工的個人能力與企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃相匹配,也可以通過不斷的培訓使員工的工作技能逐漸提高,以適應(yīng)市場和科技的發(fā)展,最終得以提升企業(yè)競爭力為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造更高的效益。因此,員工培訓也越來越被企業(yè)所重視,并把此作為一項戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)和人力資源開發(fā)的核心。在大數(shù)據(jù)背景下,利用科技手段從紛繁復雜的數(shù)據(jù)中提取有用的員工培訓數(shù)據(jù)信息,深層挖掘培訓需求,利用科學的統(tǒng)計方法,及時提供個性化培訓,并為決策者提供清晰的培訓思路,形成切實可行的培訓計劃對企業(yè)員工進行培訓,具有重要的意義。本文以大數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動下的員工培訓為研究對象,以神寧集團為研究樣本,以國內(nèi)外員工培訓理論和大數(shù)據(jù)理論為研究基礎(chǔ),運用經(jīng)濟學、企業(yè)管理學、統(tǒng)計學等學科的理論知識結(jié)合實際,分析了神寧集團員工培訓管理工作的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,并從大數(shù)據(jù)的角度分析了大數(shù)據(jù)對于員工培訓管理的數(shù)據(jù)化、投資精準化、創(chuàng)新優(yōu)化、培訓資源的合理利用及員工的個性成長等方面的驅(qū)動作用,對神寧集團員工培訓有了比較全面、有效的研究,有針對性的提出了大數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動下的員工培訓管理保障措施。希望對神寧集團員工培訓管理工作提供幫助。本文主體內(nèi)容的基本框架分為五個部分,第一部分緒論:對本文的研究意義和目的、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、以及內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)和研究方向作了明確的闡述。第二部分:對大數(shù)據(jù)的定義、特征和員工培訓的定義特點進行了研究,并對大數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動對員工培訓的影響進行了分析。第三部分:分析了神寧集團目前員工培訓工作的現(xiàn)狀、主要問題,及原因。第四部分:從大數(shù)據(jù)的角度分析了大數(shù)據(jù)對于員工培訓管理的數(shù)據(jù)化、投資精準化、創(chuàng)新優(yōu)化、培訓資源的合理利用及員工的個性成長等方面的驅(qū)動作用。第五部分提出了為保證大數(shù)據(jù)對員工培訓管理工作的有效驅(qū)動需要達到的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of the world economy and the fierce competition in the market, if an enterprise wants to remain invincible in the competition, it must have a strong talent team as its support. The overall quality of the talent team not only comes from each individual's own energy, but also depends on the cooperation of this kind of energy with the enterprise and the continuous improvement in the work. This can not be separated from the training of employees by enterprises. Training can match the individual abilities of employees with the strategic planning of the enterprise, and through continuous training they can gradually improve their working skills in order to adapt to the development of market and science and technology. Therefore, employee training has been paid more and more attention to by enterprises, which is regarded as a strategic task and the core of human resource development. Using scientific and technological means to extract useful employee training data information from the complicated data, deep mining training needs, using scientific statistical methods to provide timely personalized training, and to provide clear training ideas for decision makers. It is of great significance to form a practical training plan for the employees of enterprises. This paper takes the staff training driven by big data as the research object and the Shenning Group as the research sample. Based on the theory of staff training at home and abroad and big data's theory, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of staff training and management in Shenning Group based on the theory and knowledge of economics, enterprise management, statistics and so on. From big data's point of view, the paper analyzes the driving effect of big data on employee training management in terms of data, investment precision, innovation and optimization, rational use of training resources and the growth of employees' personality, etc. There is a more comprehensive and effective research on the staff training of Shenning Group. This paper puts forward the staff training management safeguard measures driven by big data. It hopes to help the staff training management of Shenning Group. The basic framework of this paper is divided into five parts. The first part of the introduction: the significance and purpose of this study, the current situation of research at home and abroad, as well as the content structure and research direction. Part two: the definition of big data, characteristics and the characteristics of the definition of staff training were studied. The third part analyzes the current situation and main problems of staff training in Shenning Group. Part 4th: from big data's point of view, the paper analyzes the digitization, investment precision, innovation and optimization of big data for staff training management. The 5th part puts forward the guarantee measures to ensure big data's effective drive to staff training management.
