財(cái)務(wù)共享體系實(shí)施比較

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)整體實(shí)力的提升,我國(guó)企業(yè)集團(tuán)不斷擴(kuò)張,新業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)展、并購(gòu)重組愈發(fā)頻繁,集團(tuán)規(guī)模也越來(lái)越大,逐漸暴露出管控難度高、運(yùn)營(yíng)成本增加、信息溝通不暢等問(wèn)題,而效率又決定了一個(gè)企業(yè)的生死存亡,財(cái)務(wù)部門(mén)能否為企業(yè)決策提供快速的信息支持,行政部門(mén)能否降低成本提高效率,為企業(yè)提供更高的附加值成為企業(yè)家們考慮的問(wèn)題。財(cái)務(wù)共享是把企業(yè)中重復(fù)的業(yè)務(wù)單元從原單位中剝離并整合到統(tǒng)一的單位中進(jìn)行處理,實(shí)現(xiàn)高效底價(jià)的效果,為企業(yè)集團(tuán)提供服務(wù)。共享中心在我國(guó)已運(yùn)行近十年,越來(lái)越多的大型集團(tuán)加入到建設(shè)共享中心的行列。十年的建立過(guò)程給我們帶來(lái)了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文通過(guò)分析比較六家不同行業(yè)的企業(yè)集團(tuán)在建立共享中心時(shí)的異同,希望能給接下來(lái)建立共享服務(wù)中心的企業(yè)一些參考。本文還闡述了B企業(yè)初步探索實(shí)施共享中心的思路,介紹了其實(shí)施共享中心的戰(zhàn)略定位、模式選擇、選址、導(dǎo)入的業(yè)務(wù)流程、信息系統(tǒng)的建立及預(yù)期實(shí)現(xiàn)的價(jià)值,具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。文章的最后對(duì)共享服務(wù)中心進(jìn)行了展望,如人工智能、發(fā)票自動(dòng)驗(yàn)證抵扣、會(huì)計(jì)人員的從業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等。
[Abstract]:With the overall strength of China economic improvement, our country enterprise group expansion, new business development, mergers and acquisitions have become more frequent, the group scale is also growing, gradually exposed the control difficulty, increased operating costs, the problem of poor communication and efficiency but also decides an enterprise's financial sector can provide fast and of vital importance. The information support for the enterprise decision-making, administrative departments can reduce cost and improve efficiency, provide added value to become entrepreneurs consider more for the enterprise. Financial sharing is to repeat unit in the enterprise business from the original unit in stripping and integrated into the unified unit for processing, to achieve efficient price effect, to provide services for enterprise group. Sharing center in China has been running for nearly ten years, a large group of more and more added to the construction of sharing center ranks. Established ten years has brought us Valuable experience. In this paper, by analyzing the similarities and differences of six different industry enterprise groups in the establishment of sharing center, hoping to establish the next shared service center enterprises some reference. This paper also expounds the preliminary exploration of implementation of B enterprise sharing center idea, introduces the implementation of shared strategic positioning, center location, mode selection the import business process, and establish information system to achieve the expected value, is of practical significance. Finally, the prospects of the shared service center, such as artificial intelligence, automatic verification of invoice deduction, accounting personnel risk.
