【摘要】：應(yīng)急物資是應(yīng)對(duì)自然災(zāi)害、突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件、公共安全事件及軍事沖突等所必需的保障性物品,其需求具有不確定性、時(shí)效性及滯后性等特點(diǎn)。合理選擇應(yīng)急物資供應(yīng)商是各部門應(yīng)對(duì)新挑戰(zhàn)、構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代應(yīng)急保障模式的重要環(huán)節(jié)。在分析應(yīng)急物資供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合熵權(quán)法和復(fù)雜比例評(píng)價(jià)(COPRAS)方法建立了應(yīng)急物資供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)模型。最后,通過算例分析了該方法的具體應(yīng)用過程,并結(jié)合各供應(yīng)商效用度的排序給出最佳應(yīng)急物資供應(yīng)商選擇策略。
[Abstract]:Emergency supplies are necessary to protect against natural disasters, public health emergencies, public safety incidents and military conflicts. Their demand is uncertain. The reasonable selection of emergency supplies suppliers is an important link for all departments to meet the new challenges and construct the modern emergency support model. Based on the analysis of the evaluation index of emergency supplies suppliers, Combined with entropy weight method and complex proportion evaluation method, the evaluation model of emergency supplies supplier is established. Finally, the concrete application process of this method is analyzed through an example. The optimal supplier selection strategy of emergency supplies is given according to the order of utility degree of each supplier.
