【摘要】:世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、信息化已使中國(guó)市場(chǎng)和國(guó)際市場(chǎng)逐漸融為一體,這種趨勢(shì)不可逆轉(zhuǎn),也無(wú)可回避。隨著市場(chǎng)開放和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化步伐的進(jìn)一步加快,“國(guó)內(nèi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)國(guó)際化,國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)國(guó)內(nèi)化”的新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局已經(jīng)形成。國(guó)外跨國(guó)公司的大量涌入使國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)即使不走出國(guó)門也面臨著激烈的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。面對(duì)嚴(yán)峻的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境,我國(guó)企業(yè)不僅要充分利用國(guó)內(nèi)的市場(chǎng)和資源,而且還必須積極“走出去”,到國(guó)外投資設(shè)廠,走國(guó)際創(chuàng)業(yè)的發(fā)展道路,在全球范圍內(nèi)最有效地利用各種資源,才可能不斷提升自己的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,在國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中得到生存和發(fā)展。伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和創(chuàng)業(yè)研究的興起和發(fā)展,人們對(duì)國(guó)際創(chuàng)業(yè)的研究也越來(lái)越重視。改革開放30多年以來(lái),民營(yíng)企業(yè)逐漸登上國(guó)際舞臺(tái),參與國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。其中以華為、聯(lián)想、吉利為代表的一大批中國(guó)民營(yíng)企業(yè)正在迅速崛起,進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展和迅速擴(kuò)張階段,海外投資項(xiàng)目和規(guī)模都有新的突破,對(duì)外投資形式也日益多樣化,經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)的足跡遍布世界各地。越來(lái)越多的民營(yíng)企業(yè)開始站在戰(zhàn)略高度在全球進(jìn)行布局,以規(guī)模化走向國(guó)際市場(chǎng),加強(qiáng)自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下和高對(duì)抗性的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,企業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)地位的衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不只是產(chǎn)值和銷售額,更為重要的是知識(shí)管理水平和企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的高低。傳統(tǒng)資源的重要地位讓位于知識(shí)資源和創(chuàng)新能力,知識(shí)管理水平和創(chuàng)新能力是企業(yè)保持國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的重要影響因素。在民營(yíng)企業(yè)國(guó)際化進(jìn)程中,知識(shí)管理直接影響著創(chuàng)新能力,進(jìn)而影響著國(guó)際創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)的發(fā)展及其在國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的持續(xù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。企業(yè)的國(guó)際創(chuàng)業(yè)過(guò)程可以看成是知識(shí)的積累和組織的學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程。企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力是對(duì)新知識(shí)的重新組合,這個(gè)組合在日趨競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的格局中,能促進(jìn)機(jī)會(huì)的認(rèn)知,產(chǎn)生新的見解。知識(shí)共享和知識(shí)創(chuàng)新成為國(guó)際創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)獲得持久競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的源泉,因此受到國(guó)際創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)的廣泛關(guān)注。因此,本文在對(duì)國(guó)際創(chuàng)業(yè)、民營(yíng)企業(yè)、知識(shí)管理和創(chuàng)新能力的相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,初步提出各要素關(guān)系的框架;本文將運(yùn)用案例分析方法和扎根理論相結(jié)合的方法,繼而選取了三家具有代表性的民營(yíng)企業(yè)來(lái)進(jìn)行研究。在資料搜集完整的情況下,采用扎根理論的質(zhì)性分析方法,將資料進(jìn)行開放式編碼、主軸性編碼和選擇性編碼,通過(guò)對(duì)案例資料的編碼分析從主范疇中提煉出兩個(gè)核心范疇—知識(shí)管理和創(chuàng)新能力;接著用案例分析來(lái)進(jìn)一步驗(yàn)證模型中要素關(guān)系,構(gòu)建出各范疇之間的關(guān)系模型。最后得出命題,命題結(jié)論對(duì)中國(guó)民營(yíng)企業(yè)的發(fā)展有重要啟示,并指出本文研究不足和未來(lái)研究方向。
[Abstract]:The globalization, networking and informatization of the world economy have made the Chinese market and the international market gradually merge into one, and this trend is irreversible. With the opening up of the market and the further acceleration of the pace of economic globalization, "the internationalization of domestic competition," The new competition pattern of international competition and internalization has been formed. The influx of foreign multinational corporations has made domestic enterprises face fierce international competition even if they do not go out of the country. Chinese enterprises should not only make full use of domestic markets and resources, but also actively "go out", invest and set up factories abroad, take the road of international entrepreneurship development, and make the most effective use of all kinds of resources in the world. With the rise and development of economic globalization and entrepreneurial research, more and more attention has been paid to the research of international entrepreneurship. Private enterprises are gradually stepping onto the international stage to participate in international competition. Among them, a large number of Chinese private enterprises, represented by Huawei, Lenovo and Geely, are rising rapidly, entering the stage of rapid development and rapid expansion. New breakthroughs have been made in overseas investment projects and scale, foreign investment forms have become increasingly diversified, and the footprint of business operations has spread all over the world. More and more private enterprises are beginning to carry out their global layout from a strategic perspective. In the context of economic globalization and the highly confrontational international competition, the international competitive position of enterprises is not only measured by output value and sales. What is more important is the level of knowledge management and the innovation ability of enterprises. The important position of traditional resources gives way to knowledge resources and innovation ability. The level of knowledge management and the ability of innovation are the important influencing factors for enterprises to maintain their international competitive advantage. In the process of internationalization of private enterprises, knowledge management has a direct impact on the ability of innovation. Then it affects the development of international entrepreneurial enterprises and their sustainable competitive advantage in international competition. The international entrepreneurial process of enterprises can be regarded as the process of knowledge accumulation and organizational learning, and the innovation ability of enterprises is the recombination of new knowledge. This combination, in an increasingly competitive landscape, promotes awareness of opportunities and generates new insights. Knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation are sources of lasting competitive advantage for international startups, Therefore, on the basis of systematically combing the relevant research documents of international entrepreneurship, private enterprise, knowledge management and innovation ability, this paper puts forward the framework of the relationship between each element. This article will use the case analysis method and the root theory combination method, then has selected three representative private enterprises to carry on the research. In the case of the data collection complete, uses the rooted theory qualitative analysis method, Open coding, spindle coding and selective coding are used to extract two core categories from the main category, knowledge management and innovation ability. Then we use case analysis to further verify the relationship between elements in the model, and construct a relationship model between various categories. Finally, the proposition is drawn, and the propositional conclusion has important implications for the development of private enterprises in China. And pointed out the lack of research and future research direction.
