【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的大環(huán)境下,作為先進(jìn)信息技術(shù)和管理思想相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物,ERP系統(tǒng)能有效集成企業(yè)的全方位信息,為企業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展提供動(dòng)力,因而引進(jìn)ERP信息管理系統(tǒng)從而推進(jìn)企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理向信息化方向邁進(jìn)勢(shì)在必行。作為一項(xiàng)高成本高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的投資,ERP能否成功上線受諸多內(nèi)外在因素的影響,ERP實(shí)施績(jī)效歷年來均備受關(guān)注。目前業(yè)內(nèi)人士對(duì)ERP實(shí)施績(jī)效大多持肯定評(píng)價(jià),但我國(guó)新型工業(yè)化發(fā)展速度較慢,仍處在信息化建設(shè)初級(jí)階段,雖然現(xiàn)階段在通用型的ERP信息化進(jìn)程中取得了一定的成就,但對(duì)有特殊需求的行業(yè)特定ERP缺乏針對(duì)性的探索,實(shí)施水平較低,因而研究ERP實(shí)施對(duì)特定行業(yè)企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的影響顯得格外重要,不僅能為特定行業(yè)成功實(shí)施ERP提供理論依據(jù),而且有利于加快我國(guó)ERP實(shí)施整體進(jìn)程。考慮到紡織行業(yè)是我國(guó)重要的支柱型產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,當(dāng)前又面臨較大的經(jīng)營(yíng)壓力,且其ERP實(shí)施效果一直不盡如人意,本文研究了 ERP實(shí)施對(duì)紡織行業(yè)上市企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的影響,希望借此推動(dòng)紡織行業(yè)信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)程。論文首先回顧并歸納總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)ERP實(shí)施績(jī)效的文獻(xiàn),闡述了 ERP與企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的相關(guān)概念,然后將績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系引入到紡織行業(yè)ERP實(shí)施效果中,提出研究假設(shè)并進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。研究結(jié)果表明:①ERP實(shí)施能迅速提高紡織企業(yè)營(yíng)運(yùn)能力;②ERP對(duì)盈利能力的改善存在時(shí)滯效應(yīng),實(shí)施三年內(nèi)不能顯著提升紡織企業(yè)盈利能力;③ERP系統(tǒng)品牌并不直接對(duì)紡織企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效產(chǎn)生顯著影響,企業(yè)應(yīng)從自身需求出發(fā)選擇合適的ERP版本。最后,論文針對(duì)上述結(jié)論進(jìn)行原因剖析并提出實(shí)施對(duì)策及未來研究方向,以期為我國(guó)紡織企業(yè)ERP實(shí)施提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Under the environment of economic globalization, ERP system, which is the combination of advanced information technology and management thought, can effectively integrate the all-round information of enterprises and provide the power for the sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, the introduction of ERP information management system to promote the operation and management of enterprises to the direction of information is imperative. As a high cost and high risk investment. The success of ERP online is influenced by many internal and external factors. The performance of ERP implementation has attracted much attention over the years. At present, most of the industry has positive evaluation on the performance of ERP implementation. However, the development of new industrialization in China is slow, still in the initial stage of information construction, although at this stage in the general ERP informatization process has made certain achievements. However, there is a lack of targeted exploration for industry-specific ERP with special needs, and the level of implementation is low. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the impact of ERP implementation on the performance of enterprises in specific industries. It can not only provide theoretical basis for the successful implementation of ERP in specific industries, but also accelerate the overall process of ERP implementation in China. Considering that textile industry is one of the important pillar industries in China. At present, there is a great deal of operating pressure, and the effect of ERP implementation has not been satisfactory. This paper studies the impact of ERP implementation on the performance of listed enterprises in textile industry. I hope to promote the textile industry information construction process. Firstly, the paper reviews and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature on ERP implementation performance, and expounds the related concepts of ERP and business performance. Then the performance evaluation system is introduced into the implementation effect of ERP in textile industry, and the research hypothesis is put forward and the empirical analysis is carried out. The results show that the implementation of 1 ERP can rapidly improve the operation ability of textile enterprises. (2) ERP has a time-delay effect on the improvement of profitability, and it can not significantly improve the profitability of textile enterprises within three years of implementation; 3ERP system brand does not directly have a significant impact on the performance of textile enterprises, enterprises should start from their own needs to choose the appropriate version of ERP. Finally. This paper analyzes the reasons for the above conclusions and puts forward the implementation countermeasures and future research directions in order to provide reference and reference for the implementation of ERP in Chinese textile enterprises.
