【摘要】：通過結(jié)合組織內(nèi)部和外部層面,構(gòu)建組織慣性、網(wǎng)絡(luò)位置及其組合作用與雙元技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,以及創(chuàng)新匹配方式與創(chuàng)新績效和企業(yè)競爭力的理論框架,對廣東制造企業(yè)進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果表明:(1)資源守舊、程序老套與利用式技術(shù)創(chuàng)新正相關(guān);(2)中心位置與利用式技術(shù)創(chuàng)新正相關(guān),中介位置與利用式、探索式技術(shù)創(chuàng)新正相關(guān);(3)中心位置—資源守舊組合與探索式技術(shù)創(chuàng)新負(fù)相關(guān),中心位置—程序老套、中介位置—資源守舊、中介位置—程序老套組合均與利用式、探索式技術(shù)創(chuàng)新負(fù)相關(guān);(4)雙元技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的平衡維度與創(chuàng)新績效正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:By combining the internal and external levels of the organization, the theoretical framework of organizational inertia, network location and its combination role and dual-element technological innovation, as well as innovation matching mode and innovation performance and enterprise competitiveness are constructed. A questionnaire survey was conducted on Guangdong manufacturing enterprises. The results show that the resources are old-fashioned and the procedures are old-fashioned, which is positively related to the technological innovation by means of utilization. (2) the central position is positively related to the utilitarian technological innovation, the intermediary position is positively related to the utilization type, and the exploratory technological innovation is positively related; (3) the combination of central location-resource conservation is negatively related to exploratory technological innovation, central location-procedure clich 茅, intermediary location-resource old-fashioned, intermediary location-procedure old-fashioned combination and utilization type. Negative correlation of exploratory technological innovation; 4) the balance dimension of dual technology innovation is positively related to innovation performance.
