關系冗余、組織合法性與新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效關系研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新”政策的提出,我國的創(chuàng)業(yè)活動呈現(xiàn)突破式增長,各類創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)如雨后春筍般紛紛涌現(xiàn),但創(chuàng)業(yè)活動被認為是成功率最低的活動,據(jù)統(tǒng)計全球創(chuàng)業(yè)失敗率高達70%,而我國的中小企業(yè)普遍創(chuàng)新潛力缺乏、成長空間狹窄,壽命遠低于國際水平。關系網(wǎng)絡幫助企業(yè)獲取各種資源,從而提高企業(yè)的存活率和成長空間,我國作為典型的關系型社會,組織之間關系的多樣性和重復性不可避免帶來關系冗余,于是,關系冗余的悖論就顯示出來。一方面新創(chuàng)企業(yè)有更多的不確定性,關系冗余有助于緩沖網(wǎng)絡風險,提高創(chuàng)業(yè)存活率,進而提高企業(yè)績效,而另一方面網(wǎng)絡關系的構(gòu)建需要成本,冗余帶來資源的浪費,違背了效率的原則。基于此,本文以社會網(wǎng)絡的關系冗余度為出發(fā)點,研究關系冗余對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效的影響,同時關系網(wǎng)絡是企業(yè)獲取組織合法性的重要手段,因此本文引入組織合法性變量,探討組織合法性在關系冗余和新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效二者之間的中介作用。本文首先對關系冗余的概念進行界定,綜述了關系冗余、組織合法性對企業(yè)績效影響的研究現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了企業(yè)績效評價的理論方法。從中國情境出發(fā),提出關系冗余與組織合法性對創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)的重要性。在系統(tǒng)分析社會網(wǎng)絡理論、制度理論的基礎上,提出關系冗余、組織合法性與新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效三者之間的理論關系模型。以山西省太原市高新區(qū)的創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)為樣本選取對象,通過采用文獻分析、專家咨詢和頭腦風暴等方法建立各變量的指標體系。依據(jù)優(yōu)化和篩選后的指標體系設計問卷,然后進行問卷調(diào)查獲取相關數(shù)據(jù),運用多元統(tǒng)計回歸分析方法對三個變量之間的關系進行檢驗和驗證,并得出結(jié)論。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),關系冗余與新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效之間呈倒U型關系,在一定范圍內(nèi),關系冗余與新創(chuàng)企業(yè)績效正相關,超過一定范圍,關系冗余越高,反而企業(yè)績效越差;組織合法性與企業(yè)績效正相關,企業(yè)的合法化程度越高,企業(yè)績效越好;關系冗余與組織合法性正相關,關系冗余越高,企業(yè)的合法化程度越高;在關系冗余對新創(chuàng)企業(yè)的績效影響中,組織合法性起到部分中介的作用,關系冗余一方面對企業(yè)績效產(chǎn)生直接影響,另一方面關系冗余通過提高企業(yè)的組織合法性而間接影響企業(yè)績效。最后,本文提出了研究局限與展望,為進一步的研究提供指導。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the "mass entrepreneurship, innovation" policy put forward, entrepreneurial activities in China show a breakthrough growth, all kinds of entrepreneurial enterprises have sprung up. However, entrepreneurial activity is considered as the lowest success rate. According to statistics, the failure rate of global entrepreneurship is as high as 70%. However, the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country generally lack the innovation potential and have a narrow space for growth. The life span is far lower than the international level. The relationship network helps enterprises to obtain all kinds of resources so as to improve the survival rate and growth space of enterprises. China is a typical relational society. The diversity and repeatability of the relationship between organizations inevitably lead to the redundancy of the relationship, so the paradox of the redundancy of the relationship shows. On the one hand, there is more uncertainty in the new enterprise. Relational redundancy is helpful to buffer network risk, improve entrepreneurial survival rate, and then improve enterprise performance. On the other hand, the construction of network relationship requires cost, and redundancy leads to waste of resources. It violates the principle of efficiency. Based on this, this paper studies the impact of relational redundancy on the performance of new enterprises, and the relationship network is an important means for enterprises to obtain organizational legitimacy. Therefore, this paper introduces organizational legitimacy variables to explore the intermediary role of organizational legitimacy between relational redundancy and the performance of start-up enterprises. Firstly, this paper defines the concept of relational redundancy, and summarizes the concept of relational redundancy. The current situation of the research on the influence of organizational legitimacy on enterprise performance is summarized, and the theoretical methods of enterprise performance evaluation are summarized. On the basis of systematic analysis of social network theory and system theory, the relationship redundancy is put forward. The theoretical model of the relationship between organizational legitimacy and the performance of the new venture. Taking the entrepreneurial enterprises in Taiyuan High-tech Zone of Shanxi Province as the sample, the paper adopts literature analysis. Expert consultation and brainstorming methods to establish the index system of each variable. According to the optimization and screening of the index system design questionnaire and then conduct a questionnaire survey to obtain relevant data. Using the method of multivariate statistical regression analysis to test and verify the relationship between the three variables, and draw a conclusion. The research results show that the relationship between redundancy and the performance of new enterprises is inverted U-shaped relationship, within a certain range. The higher the relationship redundancy is, the worse the enterprise performance is. Organizational legitimacy is positively related to enterprise performance, and the higher the degree of legalization is, the better corporate performance is. Relationship redundancy is positively related to organizational legitimacy. The higher the relationship redundancy, the higher the legalization degree of enterprises. In the impact of relational redundancy on the performance of new enterprises, organizational legitimacy plays a part of the intermediary role. On the one hand, relational redundancy has a direct impact on corporate performance. On the other hand, relational redundancy indirectly affects enterprise performance by improving organizational legitimacy. Finally, this paper puts forward the limitations and prospects of research to provide guidance for further research.
