【摘要】：隨著信息化和工業(yè)化的加速融合以及智能制造的廣泛應(yīng)用,使得自動化控制系統(tǒng)集成行業(yè)規(guī)模擴(kuò)大,競爭加劇。對中小型自動化控制系統(tǒng)集成企業(yè)而言,進(jìn)行發(fā)展規(guī)劃尤為重要。MS公司作為成立不到2年的一家為客戶提供專業(yè)的自動化和信息化技術(shù)服務(wù)以及解決方案的自動化控制系統(tǒng)集成商,沒有根據(jù)自身能力制定未來的發(fā)展方向,缺乏戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,如此下去,MS公司很難發(fā)展起來。故本論文旨在研究在目前環(huán)境條件下MS公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略有著強烈的現(xiàn)實意義。本文采用文獻(xiàn)研究法和案例研究法,從MS公司目前的實情出發(fā),基于戰(zhàn)略管理的理論研究,運用波特五力模型、SWOT和PEST等方法對公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境以及MS公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,得出MS公司的優(yōu)劣勢及系統(tǒng)集成商未來的發(fā)展趨勢,同時對其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行分析和歸納,進(jìn)一步設(shè)計出MS公司發(fā)展的四個戰(zhàn)略,即人才引進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略、服務(wù)延伸戰(zhàn)略、技術(shù)升級戰(zhàn)略和品牌建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略,并對這四個發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的具體實施方法和途徑、評估改進(jìn)、注意事項和保障措施進(jìn)行來探討和建議。在當(dāng)前自動化控制系統(tǒng)集成市場競爭劇烈的環(huán)境背景下,本文通過對MS公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的探討,審視了 MS公司所處的行業(yè)環(huán)境,研究了增強自身競爭力、業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等問題,也希望能夠給同行業(yè)公司的生存和發(fā)展提供借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid integration of information technology and industrialization and the wide application of intelligent manufacturing, the scale of automation control system integration industry expands and competition intensifies. Development planning is particularly important as an automated control system integrator established less than 2 years ago to provide professional automation and information technology services and solutions to customers. Not according to their own ability to formulate the future direction of development, lack of strategic planning, so on. It is very difficult for MS Company to develop. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to study the development strategy of MS Company under the current environmental conditions. This paper adopts the literature research method and the case study method. Based on the theory of strategic management, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of MS Company and the current situation of MS Company by using Porter's five-force model and PEST. The advantages and disadvantages of MS company and the future development trend of system integrator are obtained. At the same time, the development strategy of MS company is analyzed and summarized, and the four strategies of MS company are further designed, that is, talent introduction strategy. Service extension strategy, technology upgrading strategy and brand building strategy, and the specific implementation of the four development strategies and ways to assess the improvement. Under the background of the current integrated market competition of automation control system, this paper discusses the development strategy of MS Company. This paper examines the industry environment of MS Company, studies the problems of enhancing its own competitiveness and business development strategy, and hopes to provide reference for the survival and development of the same industry company.
