【摘要】：盡管綠色創(chuàng)新已成為中國(guó)企業(yè)順應(yīng)國(guó)家綠色發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、強(qiáng)化可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力的基本手段,但現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)對(duì)于企業(yè)綠色創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的深入研究仍然較少,綠色創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的不同維度和具體組成也有待進(jìn)一步明確。基于雙元性視角和資源基礎(chǔ)觀,提出綠色探索和綠色利用的概念并構(gòu)建“技術(shù)能力/市場(chǎng)能力→綠色雙元性→綠色創(chuàng)新績(jī)效”的理論模型,進(jìn)而對(duì)佛山268家綠色企業(yè)進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究和實(shí)證分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)技術(shù)能力對(duì)于綠色探索和綠色利用均有顯著的正向影響,而市場(chǎng)能力僅對(duì)綠色利用具有顯著的正向影響;綠色利用在技術(shù)能力和市場(chǎng)能力對(duì)于綠色創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響中均發(fā)揮著正向的中介效應(yīng),而綠色探索僅在技術(shù)能力對(duì)綠色創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的影響中發(fā)揮著正向的中介效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Although green innovation has become the basic means for Chinese enterprises to comply with the national green development strategy and strengthen the ability of sustainable development, the existing literature on green innovation activities of enterprises is still less in-depth research. The different dimensions and specific components of green innovation activities need to be further clarified. Based on the dual perspective and resource-based view, the concepts of green exploration and green utilization are put forward and "technology capability / market capability" is constructed. 鈫扜reen duality. 鈫払ased on the theoretical model of green innovation performance, 268 green enterprises in Foshan are investigated and empirically analyzed. It is found that technological capability has a significant positive impact on green exploration and utilization. But the market ability only has the significant positive influence to the green utilization; Green utilization plays a positive intermediary effect in the influence of technology ability and market ability on green innovation performance. Green exploration only plays a positive intermediary effect in the influence of technological capability on green innovation performance.
