【摘要】：在開(kāi)放式創(chuàng)新背景下,企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)嵌入在外部網(wǎng)絡(luò)中進(jìn)行。然而,現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)對(duì)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入如何影響技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,缺乏相應(yīng)研究及一致性結(jié)論。結(jié)合突破性技術(shù)創(chuàng)新顛覆性、高度不確定、高度資源依賴等特質(zhì),運(yùn)用社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法對(duì)突破性技術(shù)創(chuàng)新進(jìn)行理論推演和案例釋義,闡明結(jié)構(gòu)嵌入和關(guān)系嵌入對(duì)企業(yè)突破性技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的協(xié)同影響機(jī)制。研究結(jié)論既可以從網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入視角充實(shí)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新理論,也可為企業(yè)在突破性技術(shù)創(chuàng)新過(guò)程中制定網(wǎng)絡(luò)戰(zhàn)略提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In the context of open innovation, enterprise technological innovation activities are embedded in the external network. However, the existing literature on how network embedding affects technological innovation. Lack of corresponding research and consistent conclusions, combined with breakthrough technology innovation subversive, highly uncertain, high resource dependence and other characteristics. Using the social network analysis method to carry on the theoretical deduction and the case interpretation to the breakthrough technical innovation. The mechanism of cooperative influence of structural embedding and relational embedding on breakthrough technological innovation of enterprises is clarified. The research conclusion can enrich the theory of technological innovation from the perspective of network embedding. It can also provide guidance for enterprises to formulate network strategy in the process of breakthrough technology innovation.
