【摘要】:知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)是知識(shí)鏈研究領(lǐng)域的核心問(wèn)題之一,相比傳統(tǒng)知識(shí)管理方式,知識(shí)鏈管理更注重知識(shí)流在各知識(shí)活動(dòng)中形成的鏈條或網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),同時(shí)也注重各項(xiàng)知識(shí)活動(dòng)在組織中循環(huán)過(guò)程。知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形成受到多方因素影響,對(duì)知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的連接結(jié)構(gòu)和節(jié)點(diǎn)狀態(tài)變化產(chǎn)生很大影響,因素作用具有復(fù)雜性;钴S在計(jì)算機(jī)領(lǐng)域的復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)動(dòng)力學(xué)對(duì)信息傳播、網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)混沌等現(xiàn)象有較為深刻的解釋,在生態(tài)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、因特網(wǎng)以及道路交通網(wǎng)等領(lǐng)域已有較為充分的研究,為知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成機(jī)理的解釋提供了理論支撐。本文認(rèn)為知識(shí)個(gè)體的活動(dòng)影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系,網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)績(jī)效。因此本文研究的重點(diǎn)在于先對(duì)影響知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成的條件定性解釋,再用復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)相關(guān)理論和方法建模定量評(píng)價(jià)。文章首先對(duì)知識(shí)個(gè)體的各項(xiàng)知識(shí)活動(dòng)做出介紹,并提出知識(shí)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)項(xiàng)目知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成具有重要作用,接下來(lái)結(jié)合研發(fā)項(xiàng)目背景和特征從知識(shí)異質(zhì)性、任務(wù)多樣性、知識(shí)流動(dòng)氛圍和知識(shí)管理制度四個(gè)方面識(shí)別出14個(gè)影響知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成的因素,分別對(duì)每個(gè)因素對(duì)知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成的影響深入探討。在此基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型建立規(guī)則,建立符合研發(fā)項(xiàng)目實(shí)際的復(fù)雜知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化模型,提出條件假設(shè)和評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),從網(wǎng)絡(luò)物理屬性和知識(shí)水平兩個(gè)層面衡量知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀態(tài),采用專家打分以及重要文獻(xiàn)參考等方式對(duì)相關(guān)參數(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)定。模型建立完成后,設(shè)置由50位成員組成的研發(fā)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì),將其代入復(fù)雜知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型進(jìn)行仿真分析,利用Netlogo軟件觀察知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)形態(tài)變化以及各項(xiàng)指標(biāo),得出項(xiàng)目知識(shí)水平的變化,識(shí)別出成員中對(duì)知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成具有重要影響程度的關(guān)鍵因素,對(duì)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目知識(shí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成過(guò)程做出解釋。
[Abstract]:Knowledge network is one of the core problems in the field of knowledge chain research. Compared with traditional knowledge management, knowledge chain management pays more attention to the chain or network structure formed by knowledge flow in various knowledge activities. At the same time, it also pays attention to the cycle process of knowledge activities in the organization. The formation of knowledge network is influenced by many factors, which has great influence on the connection structure and node state change of knowledge network. The complex network dynamics active in the field of computer has a profound explanation for the phenomena of information transmission, network evolution and network chaos, etc., in the ecological network. The research on the Internet and road traffic network has provided theoretical support for the explanation of the formation mechanism of the knowledge network. This paper holds that the activities of the knowledge individual affect the network relationship. Network relationships affect network performance. Therefore, the emphasis of this paper is on the qualitative explanation of the conditions that affect the formation of knowledge networks. Then quantitative evaluation is established by using the related theories and methods of complex networks. Firstly, the knowledge activities of knowledge individuals are introduced, and the knowledge chain structure is proposed to play an important role in the formation of project knowledge networks. Then combined with the background and characteristics of R & D projects from the knowledge heterogeneity, task diversity, knowledge flow atmosphere and knowledge management system to identify 14 factors affecting the formation of knowledge networks. The influence of each factor on the formation of knowledge network is discussed in depth. On this basis, the complex knowledge network evolution model is established according to the actual situation of R & D project by using the rules of complex network model for reference. The conditional hypothesis and evaluation index are put forward to measure the state of knowledge network from two aspects of network physical attribute and knowledge level. After the establishment of the model, a research and development project team consisting of 50 members will be set up. It is added to the complex knowledge network model to simulate and analyze, and the change of knowledge level of the project is obtained by using Netlogo software to observe the change of knowledge network form and every index. The key factors which have important influence on the formation of knowledge network are identified, and the process of knowledge network formation of R & D project is explained.
