多階段施診的企業(yè)診斷效用價(jià)值研究

【摘要】:在企業(yè)診斷的相關(guān)研究中,大部分都是針對(duì)一次性企業(yè)施診活動(dòng)展開(kāi)分析,但是通過(guò)企業(yè)診斷解決受診企業(yè)的問(wèn)題,幫助受診企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)期健康的發(fā)展并不是一蹴而就的,施診者與受診企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期合作進(jìn)行多次施診的企業(yè)診斷模式,已經(jīng)逐漸成為企業(yè)診斷的新趨勢(shì)。本研究以提高企業(yè)診斷價(jià)值,促進(jìn)施診者與受診企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期合作為宗旨,以實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展為目的,研究多階段施診的診斷過(guò)程與企業(yè)診斷效用價(jià)值的關(guān)系,從而通過(guò)企業(yè)不同施診階段施診點(diǎn)的選擇來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)不同施診階段不同效用主體下的效用價(jià)值,最終最大程度的實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)診斷效用價(jià)值。首先通過(guò)分析現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn),對(duì)企業(yè)一次性施診與多階段施診進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,提出多階段施診對(duì)企業(yè)診斷效用價(jià)值的作用及意義,提出本文的論點(diǎn);其次通過(guò)效用價(jià)值的應(yīng)用范疇提出效用價(jià)值應(yīng)用于多階段施診的適用性,再通過(guò)不同施診階段與不同效用價(jià)值以及施診點(diǎn)選擇的分析提出效用價(jià)值理論在多階段施診的應(yīng)用;再次,本文采用層次分析法對(duì)企業(yè)正向施診的施診點(diǎn)選擇進(jìn)行了分析并探究正向施診效用價(jià)值的結(jié)構(gòu)與成因分布,得出三方效用價(jià)值下的影響因素對(duì)企業(yè)診斷方案價(jià)值影響的組合權(quán)重,得出方案效用價(jià)值影響因素的影響力。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)多階段企業(yè)診斷的不同階段下三方效用價(jià)值的權(quán)重進(jìn)行分析并對(duì)多階段企業(yè)診斷總效用價(jià)值與正向一次施診過(guò)程的效用價(jià)值進(jìn)行了對(duì)比,得出多階段施診的總效用價(jià)值遠(yuǎn)大于正向一次診斷,更加印證了本文提出的多階段企業(yè)診斷的必要性和有效性。本文對(duì)企業(yè)診斷的不同施診階段與企業(yè)診斷效用主體、施診效用價(jià)值之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析,并采用馬爾可夫方法對(duì)不同階段效用主體及效用價(jià)值的變化進(jìn)行分析,構(gòu)建狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)移概率矩陣,分析不同施診階段效用主體、效用價(jià)值的變化,確定不同施診階段效用主體與效用價(jià)值的變化規(guī)律;根據(jù)構(gòu)建的多階段施診的效用價(jià)值馬爾科夫方法模型確定企業(yè)診斷不同施診階段施診點(diǎn)的選擇以及不同施診階段施診點(diǎn)選擇的效用價(jià)值分析,本文的研究結(jié)論如下:在企業(yè)診斷前期階段,施診團(tuán)隊(duì)?wèi)?yīng)以委托者為效用主體,從價(jià)值功能體的業(yè)務(wù)部門層確定施診點(diǎn)進(jìn)行企業(yè)診斷,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)診斷前期的委托者效用價(jià)值;在企業(yè)診斷中期,施診團(tuán)隊(duì)?wèi)?yīng)以受診企業(yè)為效用主體,從價(jià)值功能體的企業(yè)層進(jìn)行企業(yè)診斷,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)診斷中期的企業(yè)價(jià)值;在企業(yè)診斷后期,施診團(tuán)隊(duì)?wèi)?yīng)以施診者為效用主體,以實(shí)現(xiàn)受診企業(yè)長(zhǎng)期健康發(fā)展為目的,從價(jià)值功能體的產(chǎn)業(yè)層進(jìn)行企業(yè)診斷,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)診斷后期施診團(tuán)隊(duì)的專家價(jià)值;通過(guò)以上三階段的逐步進(jìn)行,最大化實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)企業(yè)診斷過(guò)程的效用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In the related research of enterprise diagnosis, most of them are based on the one-off enterprise diagnosis activities, but through the enterprise diagnosis to solve the problem of the enterprise. It is not easy to help the enterprises to realize the long-term healthy development. The purpose of this study is to improve the diagnostic value of enterprises, to promote the long-term cooperation between the clients and the enterprises, and to achieve the long-term and stable development of enterprises. This paper studies the relationship between the diagnosis process of multi-stage diagnosis and the utility value of enterprise diagnosis, so as to realize the utility value under different utility subjects of different stages of diagnosis through the selection of diagnostic points in different stages of diagnosis. Finally, the utility value of enterprise diagnosis is realized to the greatest extent. Firstly, through the analysis of the existing literature, the one-off diagnosis and multi-stage diagnosis are compared and analyzed. The paper puts forward the function and significance of multi-stage diagnosis to the utility value of enterprise diagnosis, and puts forward the argument of this paper. Secondly, the applicability of utility value in multi-stage diagnosis is put forward through the application category of utility value. Secondly, the application of utility value theory in multi-stage diagnosis is put forward through the analysis of different stages and different utility values and the selection of diagnostic points. Thirdly, this paper uses AHP to analyze the selection of positive diagnosis points and explore the structure and distribution of the utility value of forward diagnosis. The influence factors of tripartite utility value on the combined weight of the impact on the value of the enterprise diagnosis scheme, and the influence of the influence factors on the value of the scheme utility. On this basis. This paper analyzes the weight of the three-way utility value in different stages of multi-stage enterprise diagnosis, and compares the total utility value of multi-stage enterprise diagnosis with the utility value of positive one-visit diagnosis process. It is concluded that the total utility value of multistage diagnosis is much greater than that of positive single diagnosis. This paper also proves the necessity and effectiveness of multi-stage enterprise diagnosis. This paper analyzes the relationship between the different stages of enterprise diagnosis and the utility subject of enterprise diagnosis and the value of diagnosis utility. And use Markov method to analyze the change of utility subject and utility value in different stages, construct the probability matrix of state transfer, and analyze the change of utility subject and utility value in different stages of diagnosis. Determine the changes of utility subject and utility value in different stages of diagnosis; According to the utility value of multi-stage diagnosis, Markov method model is used to determine the selection of service points in different stages of diagnosis and the utility value analysis of selection of points in different stages of diagnosis. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: in the early stage of enterprise diagnosis, the client should be regarded as the main body of utility, and the diagnosis point should be determined from the level of business department of value function. To realize the utility value of entrustment in the early stage of enterprise diagnosis; In the middle stage of enterprise diagnosis, the diagnostic team should take the enterprise under diagnosis as the main body of utility, carry out the enterprise diagnosis from the enterprise level of value function body, and realize the enterprise value in the middle period of enterprise diagnosis. In the later stage of enterprise diagnosis, the diagnostic team should take the client as the main body of utility, and make the diagnosis of the enterprise from the industrial level of the value function body in order to realize the long-term healthy development of the enterprise under consultation. To realize the expert value of the diagnostic team in the later period of enterprise diagnosis; Through the three stages above, the utility value of the whole enterprise diagnosis process is maximized.
