基于開(kāi)放式創(chuàng)新社區(qū)的用戶需求識(shí)別研究——以小米社區(qū)為例

【摘要】:為提高市場(chǎng)需求與企業(yè)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新研發(fā)之間的匹配性,提出了一種基于開(kāi)放式創(chuàng)新社區(qū)的用戶需求識(shí)別方法。該方法通過(guò)構(gòu)建用戶需求識(shí)別指標(biāo),采用線性加權(quán)方法計(jì)算權(quán)重,提取需求關(guān)注焦點(diǎn)度,結(jié)合改進(jìn)的關(guān)鍵詞提取方法確定用戶需求關(guān)鍵詞,對(duì)需求分布情況進(jìn)行測(cè)度。并以小米社區(qū)為例,抓取社區(qū)中的用戶發(fā)帖信息,從需求關(guān)鍵詞展示、需求點(diǎn)分布和需求聚類三個(gè)方面對(duì)開(kāi)放式創(chuàng)新社區(qū)中的用戶需求進(jìn)行識(shí)別與分析,針對(duì)用戶需求的分布情況提出相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)品研發(fā)策略。實(shí)證分析結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了該方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the matching between market demand and enterprise product innovation research and development, a user demand identification method based on open innovation community is proposed. The linear weighting method is used to calculate the weight, the focus of demand is extracted, and the improved keyword extraction method is used to determine the key words of the user's demand. The distribution of the demand is measured, and the Xiaomi community is taken as an example. Grab the users in the community post information, from the requirements of key words display, demand point distribution and demand clustering to identify and analyze the needs of users in the open innovation community. According to the distribution of user demand, the corresponding product development strategy is put forward, and the results of empirical analysis verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
