家族涉入與上市公司創(chuàng)新行為關(guān)系研究——來自我國家族上市公司的經(jīng)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)

【摘要】:在全球化競爭加劇、市場化轉(zhuǎn)型日益深入的背景下,作為民營經(jīng)濟(jì)中堅(jiān)力量的家族企業(yè)治理機(jī)制設(shè)計(jì)與治理效率越來越引起理論界的關(guān)注。通過對家族領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)涉入和所有權(quán)涉入兩方面考察家族涉入情境對上市公司創(chuàng)新行為的影響,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):第一,家族領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)涉入對上市公司創(chuàng)新行為有積極影響,即家族成員任職上市公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)職位能強(qiáng)化公司創(chuàng)新行為;第二,家族所有權(quán)涉入與上市公司創(chuàng)新行為之間存在非線性相關(guān)關(guān)系,即隨著家族所有權(quán)涉入的水平增加,創(chuàng)新行為呈現(xiàn)先下降再升高的U型變化;第三,家族領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)涉入與所有權(quán)涉入在影響決策團(tuán)隊(duì)激勵契約的路徑中存在交互效應(yīng),即與家族涉入領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)的上市公司相比,家族領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)未涉入情境下所有權(quán)涉入對上市公司創(chuàng)新行為的影響更強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:In the context of the globalization competition intensified, the market-oriented transformation is deepening day by day. As the backbone of the private economy, the design and efficiency of the governance mechanism of the family business have attracted more and more attention of the theoretical circle. The study of the situation of the family involvement to the listed companies through the two aspects of the involvement of the family leadership and the involvement of the ownership. The impact of innovation. The results show that: first, the involvement of family leadership has a positive impact on the innovation behavior of listed companies, that is, the leadership positions of family members in listed companies can strengthen the innovation behavior of companies; Secondly, there is a nonlinear correlation between the family ownership involvement and the innovation behavior of listed companies, that is, with the increase of the level of the family ownership involvement, the innovation behavior shows a U-type change, which decreases first and then increases; Thirdly, there is an interactive effect between the involvement of family leadership and ownership in the path that affects the incentive contract of decision-making team, that is, compared with the listed company involved in the leadership of the family. The influence of ownership involvement on the innovation behavior of listed companies is stronger when the family leadership is not involved.
