【摘要】：海歸人才因其特殊的人力資本以及社會(huì)資本,已成為推動(dòng)我國自主創(chuàng)新、促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的重要力量。文章以深市77家醫(yī)藥制造企業(yè)為樣本,應(yīng)用模糊集的定性比較分析方法(fs QCA)探討了海歸企業(yè)的國內(nèi)外社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與海歸企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效之間的關(guān)系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):大型海歸企業(yè)若想以相對較低的研發(fā)投入取得高創(chuàng)新績效,應(yīng)構(gòu)建豐富的國外社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò),同時(shí),應(yīng)與國內(nèi)社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)保持適度的聯(lián)系;若大型海歸企業(yè)的國內(nèi)社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)較為豐富,則需有較高的研發(fā)投入才能取得較高的創(chuàng)新績效。研究結(jié)果進(jìn)一步理清了二元社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與海歸企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績效的關(guān)系,為相關(guān)政策制定提供了理論支撐。
[Abstract]:Due to their special human capital and social capital, returned overseas talents have become an important force to promote independent innovation and promote innovation and entrepreneurship in China. The article takes 77 pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises in Shenzhen as a sample. A qualitative Comparative Analysis method for Fuzzy sets. This paper discusses the relationship between the domestic and foreign social network of the returned enterprises and the innovation performance of the enterprises. The results show that large enterprises want to achieve high innovation performance with relatively low R & D investment. A rich foreign social network should be constructed, and at the same time, a moderate connection should be maintained with the domestic social network; If the domestic social network of large returned enterprises is more abundant, it is necessary to have high R & D investment to achieve higher innovation performance. The research results further clarify the relationship between the dual social network and the innovation performance of returned enterprises. It provides theoretical support for the formulation of relevant policies.
