【摘要】：供電企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)很多,要實(shí)現(xiàn)整體運(yùn)營(yíng)管理水平的提升,必須抓好各關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)的管理。以供電企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)實(shí)際來看,上網(wǎng)電價(jià)、員工隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、電網(wǎng)基本建設(shè)、設(shè)備運(yùn)維管理、電能傳輸?shù)确矫娴淖鳛橥度�、變換過程中的關(guān)鍵投入與損失,如何在保證供電企業(yè)的高效運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、產(chǎn)出水平持續(xù)攀升的情況下,有效控制成本投入,降低傳輸過程中的電能損失,是保證供電企業(yè)良性運(yùn)營(yíng)的要素。經(jīng)過各環(huán)節(jié)的對(duì)比分析,供電企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的主干線就是電能傳輸(設(shè)備運(yùn)維)和市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷兩大環(huán)節(jié),而設(shè)備運(yùn)維管理作為成本投入和供電能力保障的主要內(nèi)容,做好設(shè)備運(yùn)維的管理工作,對(duì)公司運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的影響顯著。本文以實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)作分析,分別討論規(guī)劃建設(shè)、人力資源、物資供應(yīng)、設(shè)備運(yùn)維、電能損失等對(duì)供電公司運(yùn)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的影響,以成本控制和降低損失為突破點(diǎn),尋找提升國(guó)網(wǎng)昌吉供電公司運(yùn)營(yíng)管理水平的思路,確定重點(diǎn)研究對(duì)象。本文以設(shè)備運(yùn)維管理為重點(diǎn),從人員問題、電網(wǎng)構(gòu)架薄弱、外部環(huán)境惡化、項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)管理問題等全面分析,根據(jù)所學(xué)的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理相關(guān)理論結(jié)合公司實(shí)際制定解決方案,對(duì)各方案進(jìn)行綜合考慮,制定提升策略,并結(jié)合實(shí)際工作進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)策略進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。從而實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)網(wǎng)昌吉供電公司設(shè)備運(yùn)維管理水平的提升,從而推動(dòng)供電企業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:There are many key points in the operation and management of power supply enterprises. In order to improve the overall level of operation and management, we must do a good job in the management of key links. Power grid infrastructure, equipment operation and maintenance management, power transmission and other aspects of input, the transformation process of the key inputs and losses, how to ensure the efficient operation of power supply enterprises, the output level continues to climb. Effective cost control, reduce the power loss in the transmission process, is to ensure the sound operation of power supply enterprises elements. Through the comparative analysis of each link. The main line of operation and management of power supply enterprises is power transmission (equipment operation and maintenance) and marketing, while equipment operation and maintenance management is the main content of cost input and power supply ability guarantee. The management of equipment operation and maintenance has a significant impact on the operation and management of the company. This paper analyzes the actual data and discusses separately the planning and construction, human resources, material supply, equipment operation and maintenance. The impact of power loss on the operation activities of power supply companies, with cost control and loss reduction as the breakthrough point, to find ways to improve the national network Changji power supply company operation and management level. This paper focuses on the equipment operation and maintenance management, from the personnel problems, weak grid structure, deterioration of the external environment, project management issues and other comprehensive analysis. According to the relevant theory of operational management and the company's actual formulation of solutions, comprehensive consideration of each scheme, the formulation of promotion strategy, and combined with the actual work to carry out experiments. The strategy is optimized to improve the equipment management level of Changji Power supply Company and promote the development of power supply enterprises.
