競爭環(huán)境下鐵路集裝箱班列開行方案與動態(tài)定價優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國鐵路貨運(yùn)面臨著來自航空、公路和水運(yùn)的激烈競爭。在競爭環(huán)境下如何進(jìn)行動態(tài)定價決策,提升鐵路貨物運(yùn)輸在市場中的份額、增加鐵路部門的貨運(yùn)收入是目前鐵路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)倍加關(guān)注的事情。同時,隨著我國鐵路集裝箱貨源的日益增長以及鐵路運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的不斷拓展,鐵路集裝箱直達(dá)班列的開行以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)輸線路規(guī)劃的決策也變得越來越復(fù)雜。僅根據(jù)以往的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行鐵路集裝箱列車的運(yùn)行組織,已滿足不了目前迅速增長的市場需求,鐵路相關(guān)部門應(yīng)該引入科學(xué)的技術(shù)和方法提高鐵路集裝箱運(yùn)營效率,同時提升顧客對鐵路集裝箱運(yùn)輸服務(wù)的滿意度。對此,本文針對我國鐵路集裝箱在市場競爭環(huán)境下如何進(jìn)行動態(tài)定價和班列開行決策進(jìn)行研究,核心內(nèi)容主要有以下三點(diǎn):首先,在有多種運(yùn)輸方式相互競爭的情況下,考慮到客戶會傾向于選擇廣義費(fèi)用最小(或效用最大)的運(yùn)輸方式,本文提出了廣義費(fèi)用最小化價格策略模型對鐵路集裝箱的運(yùn)價進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。同時為了將鐵路企業(yè)的利益考慮進(jìn)去,本文還提出了雙層規(guī)劃定價模型,并比較分析了兩種模型在提高鐵路利潤方面的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)和適用范圍。其次,考慮到目前逐漸擴(kuò)大的鐵路集裝箱貨運(yùn)需求,本文對鐵路集裝箱點(diǎn)對點(diǎn)班列的開行決策進(jìn)行了研究,并建立模型將點(diǎn)對點(diǎn)班列的開行計(jì)劃與動態(tài)定價進(jìn)行整合優(yōu)化,以增加鐵路的利潤,減少鐵路系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)營成本。最后,針對我國鐵路集裝箱貨運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運(yùn)營狀況,本文通過建立數(shù)學(xué)模型對網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)輸條件下的鐵路集裝箱班列開行決策以及動態(tài)定價策略進(jìn)行了分析和探討,將鐵路集裝箱的運(yùn)價與班列開行線路結(jié)合起來進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,并通過對比分析得出在一個決策周期(一周)內(nèi),采用動態(tài)價格比固定價格使企業(yè)獲利更多。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's railway freight is facing fierce competition from aviation, road and water transportation. In the competitive environment, how to make dynamic pricing decisions to enhance the share of railway freight transport in the market. Increasing the freight revenue of railway department is the matter that railway transportation enterprises pay more attention to at present. At the same time, with the increasing of freight supply of railway container and the continuous expansion of railway transportation network in our country. The decision of railway container direct train and network transportation route planning has become more and more complicated. Only according to the past experience to carry out the railway container train operation organization. Can not meet the current rapid growth of market demand, railway departments should introduce scientific technology and methods to improve the efficiency of railway container operations. At the same time, improve the customer satisfaction with the railway container transport service. Therefore, this paper studies how to carry out dynamic pricing and decision-making of railway container in the competitive market environment. The core content has the following three main points: first, in the case of a variety of modes of transport competing with each other, considering that customers tend to choose a broad sense of the least cost (or the most effective) mode of transport. In this paper, a generalized cost minimization pricing strategy model is proposed to optimize the freight rates of railway containers. In order to take the interests of railway enterprises into account, this paper also proposes a double-level programming pricing model. And compared the advantages and disadvantages of the two models in improving railway profits and the scope of application. Secondly, considering the current expanding demand for railway container freight. In this paper, the decision making of railway container point-to-point shift train is studied, and the model is established to integrate and optimize the operation plan and dynamic pricing of point-to-point class train to increase the railway profit. Reduce the operating cost of railway system. Finally, aiming at the operation of railway container freight network in China. In this paper, a mathematical model is established to analyze and discuss the decision and dynamic pricing strategy of railway container train under the condition of network transportation. By combining the freight rate of railway container with the line of operating line, it is found that the dynamic price is more profitable than the fixed price in a decision cycle (one week) through comparative analysis.
