【摘要】：在供應(yīng)商管理庫(kù)存(VMI)模式中,從提高供應(yīng)商服務(wù)水平的視角,研究零售商具有周期性需求,供應(yīng)商采用直接配送策略情形下以最小化缺貨損失為目標(biāo)的供應(yīng)商配送日程安排問(wèn)題。根據(jù)零售商最大需求周期的特點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了R倍放大(RTE)策略,分別針對(duì)實(shí)際中的邊際缺貨損失費(fèi)率、固定缺貨損失費(fèi)率和遞增缺貨損失費(fèi)率,證明了RTE策略在配送周期滿足不同條件下對(duì)應(yīng)的近似比。通過(guò)近似比的比較和算例分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)RTE策略在邊際缺貨損失費(fèi)率下表現(xiàn)最好,某些情形下可以達(dá)到最優(yōu)。研究結(jié)果對(duì)面對(duì)周期性需求的供應(yīng)商配送排程具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) mode, from the perspective of improving the service levels of suppliers, retailers of periodic demand, supplier adopts direct distribution strategy under delivery schedule to minimize the stock loss as the target supplier scheduling problem. According to the characteristics of the largest retailer demand cycle, design R magnification (RTE) strategy, respectively. In view of the actual marginal loss rate, fixed stock loss rates and increasing stock loss rates, proved the corresponding RTE strategy in the delivery cycle to meet different conditions. Through the approximation ratio approximately than the comparison and analysis of the example, we find that RTE strategy performance is the best in the marginal loss rate under certain circumstances, can achieve the best. It has great significance on the opposite cycle demand the supplier delivery schedule.
